    We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and an easy to walk to breakfast and close to King St for shopping, etc. Although we didn't really 'cook,' the kitchen was well equipped and we did appreciate the open floor plan. (We opted to have meals out so as to sample Charleston's fine cuisine!) Bedrooms were private and beds very comfortable. Unfortunately and due to the weather, we really weren't able to enjoy the outside deck and seating area but it sure looked private and inviting. We would definitely stay at The Felix when we visit Charleston again! PS - the host was awesome and responded to questions immediately.

    Location was perfect for a wedding weekend in Charleston. Far enough away from the business of King Street but still a very short walk. Property was perfect for 2 couples to stay at. Would stay again.

    This unit was absolutely perfect! This was a girls trip and it provided just what we needed. Plenty of room for when you want privacy, but also big enough kitchen and living room for together time. Just a few blocks off of King so we were able to have a quiet environment but also close to everything for when we wanted to walk for a coffee, dinner or shopping. The unit itself was clean and the beds were so comfortable! Easy check in and check out as well.

    It was a good location, on the “quieter” side of the city but close to everything. Unfortunately they are gutting the old town house next door. The compressor from the tool machines makes it impossible to use the pretty outdoor space at all. Then when we were inside, the construction was throwing wood materials down to their driveway and hitting the house constantly. They start early and finish around 6pm. When I mentioned it to management they asked “which house”. That leads me to believe they don’t do “management inspections” very often, otherwise they would have know - would have been nice to know so we could chose another location. Also outdoor area need to be cleaned off prior to arrival- I tried cleaning it off and ruined my clothes. Outdoor pics need updating.

    We had a wonderful time staying at The Felix. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The location was very convenient to everything we did and we were surprised at how quiet it was for being right in town. We would definitely stay here again! We give it 5-stars and appreciate the host's level of communication!

    This was our second time staying in this property and it’s as good as it was the first time. The house is wonderful, comfortable, perfectly equipped, and the outdoor space is such a plus for sunning or sitting with friends. Love the neighborhood and the location. Very walkable to restaurants, bars and shopping, but on a quiet street. Would definitely stay again.

    Fantastic location for walking to French Quarter and Historic District. Condo was very clean, great beds, nice fluffy towels, super walk in showers! But...smell of cleaning solution/ air freshener upon arrival was overpowering and overwhelming. It wasn't a bad smell just too much of it. One in our party highly sensitive to strong fragrance. We opened windows and went for an hour walk. Smell eomewhat better when we got back. Took several minutes to get hot water in bathrooms but finally got hot. Never got hot water at kitchen sink. Couldn't use patio table/chairs or seating area because they were so dirty. Really disappointed about that as the evenings were nice. It would have been great out there! All that to say the location is ideal and we expect to return
