One Bedroom off of Forsyth Park w/ Private Parking by Lucky Savannah

Prime location, walkable, comfortable furnishings.

Perfect spot for a couple or single traveler. Not smack dab in the middle of all the action but an easy walk to everything. Being right across the street from Forsyth Park was great for morning strolls to get a good coffee and breakfast, not to mention the weekend farmers market. The apartment was clean albeit small. It had everything one would need. It was very quiet for a good night’s rest after exploring the city. Having parking was also a huge bonus.

Parking, washer/dryer, shower, location all beyond perfect. If the carpets, bedding topper and sofa were replaced, I’d easily give it a 5 star review.

Amazing location. Surprised at how quiet it was. Easy to get to places around Savannah either on foot or via DOT.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cushions on the couch dropped down into the hidden bed platform when you sat down. That meant you sank to the level of the frame, which was uncomfortable and extremely difficult to get out of. And there were only bar stools to sit on. No chairs in either the living space or the bedroom. And there were no grab bars in the shower. My wife and I are both seniors and found this property wholly unsuitable for us.

It was clean and very nice, exactly as described. We were very happy to be close to Forsythe park. I did have questions and lucky savannah staff were very helpful, respomded quickly to a need. We were very happy with our stay.

The location was perfect! The rugs were disgustingly dirty. The couch was a disaster. Dirty with sagging cushions.

The place was clean had everything we needed. It was very convenient to all of the things in the Historic district. The coffee pot wasn't working and they were quick to replace it. The only negative I could see is the bed and the sofa were quite uncomfortable. But other than that, it was a great experience.

The home was great. The best location ever, well amenitized and clean. Neighborhood felt very safe.

We had such an incredible couples’ night here! The location is perfect , close to everything and the apartment was absolutely beautiful, clean, and cozy. We’ll definitely choose this place again every time we come to Savannah! Highly recommend it!

The location of this property is great for a trip to Savannah. You are right next to Forsyth Park, so very easy to walk anywhere downtown. You also get 1 parking space, which is fabulous, as it can be difficult to find parking sometimes in downtown Savannah. Overall, the stay was fine. It's a small place, but there are only 3 of us, so suited us just fine. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was a good size and it also had a nice little living room area and kitchen, although we didn't really utilize those. The host was a little less responsive than we would have liked. Also, the air conditioner lower limit was locked at 70, so we were pretty warm during the night, as we like it a little cooler while we are sleeping, especially in August. Overall a decent stay and would recommend, but I would allow your guests to lower the air temperature a little more. :)

My wife and I enjoyed a pleasant stay at this rental. We especially enjoyed the off-street private parking and the proximity to Forsyth Park and the downtown area... We would readily recommend this rental to other vacationers.

Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location: we greatly enjoyed being one block away from Forsyth Park (and a wonderful breakfast spot) and within walking distance of many historical sites. We has an issue with the key pad, and the management was very responsive and hospitable and resloved the problem promptly. The interior is a bit basic, but similar properties were nearly twice the price. The space was just enough for my partner and me.

Never had to move the car once parked on site. Forsyth Park was so close to us & the bus stop also. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go - even the river front. Love that is was a ground unit - no stairs to climb.

Our Lucky Savannah apartment had everything we could possibly need. It was located across from Forsyth Park, about a mile walk to River Street and walking distance to stores and restaurants. It was perfect to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We look forward to staying there again.

We loved that this was situated across the road from Forsyth Park. It was easy to access Kroger, River Street & the Historic District. The traffic was somewhat overwhelming at times and the streets were narrow. We were thankful we had private parking. This was a big plus!
