Old Port Penthouse Suite - Amazing Harbor Views

Beautiful and very clean. So close to everything. Loved watching the ships roll in from the deck. The views are amazing from everywhere in the space. Check in was easy parking was great. We didn't cook anything but kitchen was stocked with everything you would ever need.

Every thing was lovely. Second bedroom had a lot of banged heads. Views were gorgeous. Living space was awesome

We loved our stay and will definitely book again the next time we come to Portland. The location is perfect - right in the middle of restaurants and just a short block’s walk to Fore St. for shopping. We loved the relaxing design of the apartment, and the views did not disappoint. Can’t wait to go back!

The view of the city and Casco Bay could not have been better! It was the absolute perfect location in the Old Port!

No flexibility with wanting to check in early and use the allotted parking space. We used public parking instead and spent 40. Also, the electricity went out one night and we were unable to enter the building. It took Scott 55 minutes to respond to our text message. We were very inconvenienced and nothing was offered. This is Scott’s business it’s not warm and fuzzy. There are a lot of rules. Be sure to read everything carefully.

This property is incredible. Very clean, excellent location and amazing views. Parking pass is a game changer as well. Very nice to have parking right in the middle of everything included. 10/10 recommendation.

What a prefect place to stay in Portland. Once we parked the car, we never moved it until we left the area. So many restaurants, shopping, and tours within walking distance. And it was quiet at night. This suite, in addition to being beautiful and has everything you need to enjoy your vacation, it's comfortable. I highly recommend this suite if you are visiting this area.

Can’t beat the location and convenience of the penthouse. The views and style are fantastic. We had some trouble getting into the building but the property managers helped us right away. Probably the best stay I’ve had in Portland.

Immaculate condo in a wonderful location. Bright and airy interior with a great outdoor deck. This outstanding host seems to anticipate a guest's every need. The fully appointed kitchen is a cook's dream. Highly recommended for an exceptional Old Port experience.

Fantastic location! Parking pass is included so you can park your car and not access it again until time to leave. Plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance of the home. House is very clean and has views for days! Very comfortable for our family of 4.

The space was beautiful, even better than the pictures online. Extremely clean and well stocked. The location was the best part, with so much within walking distance. Check-in was very easy and the parking pass was a great bonus. The lot is very close and always had available spaces. I would highly recommend this property.

This penthouse is everything! We loved staying here while visiting family in the area. We were able to easily walk to shops and restaurants, walking paths, and watch the ferry transit between islands. We hope to stay here every time we return to Portland. Can't recommend highly enough!

This is an excellent adult or family of four (4) property. Very relaxing and in close proximity to walk anywhere in Old Port. Scott (owner) is very communicative from the first deposit being made. Highly recommend.

The rental was as described. It’s within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops. The property manager was responsive & quick to fix any issues we had.

The condo is located cross the street from the harbor (and Luke's Lobster restaurant), a block from the ferry terminal, and in the heart of the old port. We walked to everything! The condo was new and architecturally beautiful - appliances, bathrooms, windows. The frosting on the cake was watching the full moon through the bank of windows facing the harbor!

This apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Portland. Parking was easy, the property is really bright and clean, and the beds were comfortable. A great spot for a long weekend with friends.

The Percival was perfect for attending a wedding on Peak's Island, as the ferry stop was a five minute walk across the street. So many shops and restaurants all around within minutes of walking. The deck and lookout view of the water, boats, and docks is amazing. We enjoyed sitting in the lookout with the windows open. The location made the expensive price worth it for a special occasion.

The property is comfortable, convenient, and has parking in old port, Portland, Maine. I enjoyed the stay and i will come back again. The weather was beautiful and the balcony was a welcome addition to the property. The view of the wharf was great.

The penthouse was as expected and there were no problems. The rooms were clean and comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a wonderful time.

Absolutely loved it!!! The Percival Penthouse provides everything necessary for an awesome travel experience. Its location in the heart of Portland and its beautiful views of the port make for a wonderful stay. We loved going outside on the patio. The tastefully decorated 2 bed, 2 bath apartment has a well equipped kitchen, and basic bathroom toiletries. We hope to back soon! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Located right in the middle of a vibrant area with plenty to see, do, eat and drink. And spectacular views above it all. Directions and instructions crystal clear and the stay went off without a hitch. Recommended and we look forward to returning.

What a view! Great property with views of the harbor. Centrally located and in walking distance of good food and shops. A unique experience if you are looking for something different than a hotel room.
