Stayed Apr 3, 2022Condo renovations and appliances were top notch, location was perfect for us with two little ones, many deer to view and could watch the sunrise and set from our place on the beach. The only feedback I have is that it is on the bottom floor and we had neighbors above us with little kids running all the time. However, it wouldn’t keep us from returning. Thank you!!

Stayed Mar 10, 2022This is our second stay at 109 CJF. It is the very best we have found in all of our visits to Fripp Island. Everything you need plus a 75 flat screen. What more you could ask for during March Madness?!!! We will return.

Stayed Nov 12, 2021We loved our long weekend on beautiful Fripp Island! The weather was perfect. The condo was amazing, equipped with everything you would need. The beds and furniture was super comfy! We loved it all and had an amazing weekend and can’t wait to come back. I would highly recommend.
