Very accommodating hosts! The apartment was spacious, newly updated, very clean and convenient to the Santa Barbara area. We had a fabulous time and I highly recommend staying here!

Nice, clean apartment in a great location! For us and our small kids, it was about a 4 minute walk to the main strip with tons of food options and cute shops. The public beach is quiet, clean, and safe, and was about a 15 minute walk from the apartment. We came for a long weekend to attend an event in Santa Barbara and we are so happy we decided to stay in this adorable beach town!

Nice & clean, everything looks updated. They have made the place very user friendly, good location for getting to the beach and restaurants. We are planning on coming back and would definitely stay here again.

We travel to Carp yearly and love this rental. It had everything and more! The beach umbrella was a life saver with 3 & 5 yr olds. Great property, parking, etc. Will be back next year!

The apartment was spacious, clean and updated. We were very comfortable. Downtown Carpinteria is charming and we were within walking distance. The beach is fantastic and nice restaurants and shopping are close by. Close to Ventura and Santa Barbara.

We stayed here for a family reunion in Carp. It was a great place. Very clean and quiet place to escape from the family reunion craziness. Great place to stay and easy to get to.

The unit is very well appointed and maintained.

Property was clean and very close to a Linden Street.

The apartment was beautifully stocked with everything we needed. Great location with an easy walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Host was super responsive to questions and supplied the property with our every need in mind. As if she had stayed in it herself as a test.The location seemed strange at first, being in back of a house, but proved to be perfect for us. It was private, away from the street noise and foot traffic. But, it was just a few blocks from an excellent variety of restaurants, shops, grocery stores, a wonderful bakery and the seashore. Finally, we were grateful to have our two cats with us, rather than put them in a kennel. They quickly adapted to their temporary home and seemed right at home. We highly recommend Ocean Breeze and would definitely stay here again, if in the area.

This was a wonderful little apartment. I would definitely stay here again, but would request the apartment upstairs. The apartment is close to all the shopping and an easy walk to the beach. The kitchen was modestly stocked but has everything you may need. Super clean and easy to communicate with the hosts. Small outside area provided if you are traveling with a dog. During the bulk of my stay there were no tenants upstairs. This was fabulous! However, as soon as another guests checked in, you could hear every movement from them. I would highly recommend some thick carpets or rugs upstairs to muffle the sounds.

Very clean, well furnished, and comfortable apartment for holiday weekend visit to family right near downtown Carp. Very accommodating of our pet dog as well with great, cordoned off outdoor area. Other than slightly noisy (late night activities/left barking dogs in apartment) neighbors upstairs, it was great location that I'd highly recommend!

It’s a very comfortable, clean and well located unit. Easy walking to town and convenient parking for our car. The place has ample space to spread out, work and relax. The property manager was very responsive to the couple of issues we had ensuring a wonderful stay.

I just love the location closer to the beach , shops, restaurants. Love the parking, right outside the door, a little play yard for the dogs, awesome communication with host, home was beautiful. Me and my siblings traveled from Austin Texas for our baby brothers first football game for the season and we do this every beginning of every school year, we always stay in Carpinteria as we just love it here. Highly recommend this host and place.

Clean, private, mostly quiet, good access to shops and restaurants.

Overall excellent experience. Clean accommodation, lovely proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Nice to have parking right outside the door. Only minor downfall was not enough toilet paper or dishwasher pods knowing we had four guests for a 9 day stay. It's not something on vacation I want to run right out and purchase.

Loved being able to walk to things. Beach was not crowded .
