Nice studio right by the ocean

This is a perfect little spot for a weekend getaway for 2. It's pretty centrally located for good food, groceries & the beach.

Beautiful views!! Needs a powder room upstairs. Kitchen cabinets and door need painted. New flooring downstairs.

This listing is just adorable! The host is very communicative, the home is very clean, and the location is PERFECT. I mean, come on, the light house is the first thing you see off the front porch! The hot tub is just an added bonus. The garden where the hot tub is located looks like a little fairy tail!My husband and I were so happy with our stay here. Can’t recommend it enough.

My husband and I did a meandering San Francisco to Portland road trip for our 10th anniversary. We arrived in Crescent City late and needed to roll out early. Because we arrived after dark, we had no idea what lay just below us until the morning. The beach and lighthouse were special. We've been giving awards to the things we liked throughout our travels. This spot wins our silver medal for bed you don't want to leave, and gold for no effort dramatic views. The bathroom situation is weird. I don't think I could handle it for multiple days. The toilet is next to the entry and the shower and sink are through the kitchen. It is a great maximization of space, but is annoying in practice. One night was no problem and I think the value, charm, and location mitigate the annoyance.We loved our brief stay. Thank you!

What a cute little cottage, we enjoyed our stay it broke up our trip from Washington down the coast of Oregon into the redwoods very comfortable very accommodating made it very easily to enter. Facilities were great good communication communications would recommend it to anybody.

Great location, well stocked kitchen, right size for two. Wall heater is very load. Nice hot tub but no place to hang robes and towels. And out of the rain. Bathroom is dated.

The beach view was amazing but not direct, there is a short walk around multiple properties.

The cottage was clean and cozy; perfect for celebrating our anniversary! Dave sent several emails ahead of our visit that made us feel welcome and made getting settled a breeze.We were impressed by how well-stocked the kitchen was. Lots of pantry staples, coffee, and condiments. Loved the selection of books, games, and streaming access. Note for the tall and/or claustrophobic: the toilet is in a small space by itself, so maneuvering can be tricky (and entertaining ).Within walking distance of beach strolls, an historic landmark, and other local sites.Highly recommend this cottage for your visit to Crescent City!

This is a good sized studio (all one room) in a fantastic location. Pictures represent the cleanliness and decor. A very comfortable room for 2 people. Easy to find and quiet. We did not use the hot tub, but it's only a few steps away.

Perfect spot for seeing the redwoods and spending sometime in a coastal city. We had a blast!

Everything was fine, just very small and the bathroom situation was odd.

Great Location for exploring the Redwood parks in the area and being able to just walk to the beach. It was perfect for the two of us.

The lock on the door was the only draw back. It ssemws to be a little bit difficult at times otherwise was great.

The communication with the host before and during the stay was clear and helpful.Complaints/Suggestions:1.Hot Tub: Unfortunately, the hot tub had brown slime around the edges, which was concerning. I would suggest a more thorough cleaning or maintenance of this area before future guests use it.2.Shower: The shower had hair in it and was leaking, which was uncomfortable during my stay. It would be helpful to have this repaired and cleaned prior to guests arriving.Thank you for your attention to these matters. I hope this feedback helps in improving the experience for future guests. We had excellent views of the shoreline and lighthouse. Very walkable location, close to restaurants and beaches.
