Stayed Jul 2, 2024An updated and immaculate condition basement suite in a quiet neighbourhood. A very good spot as a base for wine touring. Short drive from all the amenities in Penticton. Small quirks like an induction hotplate instead of an oven, but overall well setup.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024The only downfall was she didn’t have cable. She had a fire stick so you prime crave but no cable to watch a football game baseball game and I was the only downfall she needs to get cable.

Stayed Aug 6, 2023The suite was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the proximity to the KVR and we took the 15 minute walk down to the beach. It was all very nice.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Peaceful evening on the patio with a wonderful view of the rolling hills. We even spotted a 4 point buck chasing a doe across the side lawn! Accommodations were immaculate. A wonderful surprise to see Starbucks ground coffee on the shelf! This was a wonderful spot to relax before hitting the KVR trail the next day. Would definitely return! Thank you!

Stayed Jun 13, 2025Great place to stay! Quiet and private, just a minute from town. Could easily walk down to the beach if desired, though you have a steeper climb back. Literally right next to the bike trail which was great! 10/10 would recommend and stay again

Stayed Jul 12, 2024You'll feel like you're in the countryside but this property is only a few minutes from downtown. The suite was lovely. It has everything you would need in the kitchen and incredibly comfortable. The owner was a great communicator. We felt terrible that we had to ask some questions on a Friday night and they still responded promptly and were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.
