Stayed Dec 8, 2023This was a great property for our needs. The owners packed a lot into this snug space. Great location too. We were within walking distance of downtown and the neighborhood was quiet. There was a train that came through but the owners provide ear plugs for light sleepers. It wasn't a problem at all for us. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Franklin.

Stayed Nov 15, 2023What a lovely home and convenient location. We walked to the Factory and the downtown Franklin shops, which was so much fun. We heard the train at night, but they provide ear plugs and a sound machine if needed. This was a great spot for our getaway!

Stayed Aug 26, 2023The condo is adorable and the owner is very friendly and helpful. This is the perfect location when exploring Franklin! The shops/dining/Saturday Farmers Market are a 5 minute walk. Downtown is a short 15 minute walk! I would definitely stay here again! Just loved it!

Stayed May 5, 2023My friend and I stayed for a girls trip and the property is so cozy and beautiful! It's in a cute little neighborhood , safe, and private. Everything is stocked , we had everything we needed! Property owners extremely accommodating! Highly recommend

Stayed Apr 13, 2023I was visiting from Texas and needed a place to hide out until my son popped the question and I could join the celebration of their engagement! Just a few blocks to the factory for tacos and donuts and shopping. Because I was without a car, I walked about 15-20 minutes into town each day to shop and hang out. Ubered back the first day at a very reasonable cost. The apartment was very comfortable and I felt safe there by myself. Bree was very helpful and accommodated my need to drop off luggage earlier than check in time. Love Franklin! Great trip…she said”yes”!
