Stayed Aug 3, 2025We stayed at the apartment in August 2025 and were not dissapointed. Check in with Paolo was friendly and easy and we were given plenty of information about the local area and places to visit whilst in Tuscany.The appartment is well appointed for both Viareggio and transport routes to other fabulous places to visit, whether by car or by train, with the station only 15 miniutes walk from the apartment.The local amenities provided everything we needed to stock the fridge and the apartment is very well equiped, with a well stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area and three good size bedrooms (with very comfortable beds). The air-conditioning units in every room provided that bit of extra comfort during the hot weather.Overall, the experiance was amazing and we will return in the future.

Stayed May 28, 2023The apartment was just as described and more. It is a very clean and comfortable newly renovated apartment with everything brand new. It was fully stocked with everything you may need for your stay including a washer/ dryer , dishwasher, cold AC in every room in short every comfort to make our stay enjoyable. Also, super market is right across the street which makes it convenient for longer stays. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
