Stayed Sep 22, 2024The studio was as described. A short 5 min walk to beach access & close to everything. Communication was great and check in/out process easy. The unit is just big enough for 2 and has everything you need, except storage. There is no closet or shelving or wall hooks to store/ hang closing. If you don't mind living out of your suitcase...no big deal. I would have loved to have at least a couple of wall hooks to hang something. Overall we had a wonderful time in OBX and in this studio. It's a nice and seemingly safe neighborhood and the studio was clean with a comfortable bed. If you like a softer pillow, bring your own.The ones in the studio are definitely firm, very firm. We would recommend this VRBO and feel it deserves 5 stars.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Great communication between Lisa and Matt thru texts or Joe in emails about any issues that we had. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as beach access within 5 minutes. The only thing I would mention that wasn't mentioned in the listing is where you have to park. You cannot park on the street where the address is located; you have to park behind the house on a long dirt/sand/grassy driveway which wasn't a big deal. We did use the laundry room and the outdoor shower that was provided. Would definitely stay there again!

Stayed Mar 26, 2023Joe know's how to make Tiny Living at the beach amazing. This unit is completely brand new. It is well appointed from the linens to the kitchen. There were 2 burners and an air fryer which made our stay that much more enjoyable. It was the perfect space for us and well thought out. The proxity to the beach was less than 5 minutes. Just really a hidden gem in the Outer Banks. Communicating with Joe was seamless. We'll be back!
