Description:

Tavira is an ideal place to stay for entertaining and relaxing as it is situated on the edge of the Ria Formosa natural reserve park which produces sea salt and has a myriad of wild life including flamingos and pretty butterflies. The water ways are busy with yachts, fishing boats and ferries particularly in the summer when visitors hop across to the Island of Tavira. The Island has a good choice of restaurants in an otherwise un-spoilt area of outstanding natural beauty. The area boast a great variety of restaurants and cafe's and is an ideal place to use as a base to explore the Algarve, it's many beautiful beaches, water sports and the golf courses near by. Benamor golf is the nearest 18 hole golf course approx. 2,5 kilometer down the road. The golf courses of Quinta da Ria and Quinta de Cima are less than a 10 minutes drive away.

The property is located on a good location between the commercial center Gran Plaza and Tavira town center. All amenities are within walking distance from this very well presented, stylish luxury apartment. The property consists of a hallway leading to a light and bright living room with dining area, adjacent fully fitted and equipped kitchen; all in open plan design. Both good size double bedrooms have built in wardrobes. There are two bathrooms; one en-suite with bath and shower and one with shower. Sofa bed in the living room. Access from both living room and kitchen through large sliding windows onto a South East facing terrace with table and chairs. The apartment has air conditioning in all rooms and a private terrace of approx. 8m2 with table & chairs. Access to the apartment by elevator or staircase.

    We liked Tavira and the surroundings, the seaside and the boattrips, the temperature... the apartment was fully equipped and everything was working fine. Air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets installed in the window frames in the sleeping rooms is also a great plus. Renting again if coming back to Tavira.

    We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is well appointed and clean. Management helpful and friendly. There is a grocery less than a block away. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for something close to the main dining and shopping area without all the crowds.

    We have been using rented apartments for more than 20 years and this was definitely one of the best Very modern and comfortable and extremely well equipped in a fairly central location to the old town of Tavira which is beautiful and has a large number of restaurants and cafesWould definitely rent this property again

    The apartment was nice and clean in a good location for a 5 minute walk into the centre of Tavira. Very handy shopping centre/supermarket close by.

    Apartment exceeded our expectations and we had everything we needed we were very happy, One small detail the front door key took a bit of fiddling to get the door open and was annoying I’d recommend changing the bolt lock otherwise everything else was fabulous we hope to come back again.
