Great location! It was perfect for our 2-night stay. Very clean and cozy. If you are a light sleeper, I recommend bringing ear plugs since you can hear what's happening on the street in the morning. Would recommend this place overall!

Lovely apartment in downtown Glenwood Springs. Very clean and an extremely well stocked kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and the unit is located within walking distance to restaurants, shops and the hot springs. The parking is a bit of a challenge but not terrible.I am not a very tall person and the sink in the bathroom is pretty high for someone my height, but I made it work ok. Overall we really enjoyed this apartment and would stay there again.

The property was amazing. I wish we were staying a little longer. Right in the heart of downtown close to all the shops and restaurants. We will most definitely be back if the host will have us.

This was such a beautiful stay! It is right in a busy area, so don't expect quiet. But it had everything I needed except firewood, which was simple to pick up. Responsiveness was great if I ever had a question. I really enjoyed being so close to everything that I could walk. It was a beautiful apartment.

Perfect spot for X Games! The apartment was gorgeous, clean, and the bed was super comfy. You can’t beat being central to downtown and so close to everything. Parking was a little tricky and there are some stairs to get to the unit, but it didn't take away from the experience. We loved it and would absolutely book again!

This was the perfect place to stay! Ideal in every way.

It was such an amazing experience! Great communication for an easy check in, the inside has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need, a spacious living room, a full size bathroom, and a nice bedroom for two. In the living room there are many suggestions for things to do in the town and such a cute book with memories from each guest who has stayed previously! We went to the iron mountain hot springs and the yampa vapor caves which did not disappoint! Will be returning soon!!!

We loved the location because we could walk to shopping, restaurants, and Christmas Eve Church service. The apartment was so cute and they have thought of everything: umbrellas, shopping bags, assorted spices, flour, dog dish....... We will be recommending to others!

Everything was perfect

The apartment is very attractive, with nice furnishings. Well stocked with cooking needs, including herbs, spices and coffee filters in the kitchen. Lots of info about Glenwood Springs activities and restaurants. Excellent location for walking along the river or around town. Good communication with the host.

Amazing location nestled in downtown area! Clean and good design

We had a lovely stay in Glenwood. I loved how close and walkable the city is and being just a quick walk away to everything. The apartment was so cozy, can't wait to come back in the future!

Nice place with some updates and some classic charm

The Condo was just as advertised. Only one disappointment was the washer was broke, but we found a clean and friendly laundry mate not far away. The kitchen was very useable as I cooked all our meals during our stay. My husband gave the TV a 5 star as he was able to watch his sports games ever evening. I give this location/home 5 stars. Glenwood Springs is a lovely walkable town and we enjoyed many of the local towns and hiking trails. Do not hesitate to stay in this Condo. But do know it has approx. 18 stairs so if climbing is an issue, it will not be the place for you.

Great place in a beautiful town.

The location downtown was great--we were walking distance from everything. The unit was really cute and nicely decorated. The full kitchen was really nice. There was a lot of attention to detail. Our hosts answered immediately when we had a question about the TV. The only downside was no dedicated parking, but the host was very helpful in letting us know where public parking was located nearby. We were able to park pretty close to the unit on the street throughout our stay.

Checking was easy. Last minute we decided to bring our dog. I called Desiree to let her know and to pay the extra deposit. She was very kind and asked if there was anything else we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We will be planning another trip to Glenwood Springs soon and will definitely stay here again.

Very cute place in a convenient location. Be aware there is a lot of motorcycle traffic late at night when we were there for the weekend. Also 25 stairs walk up to go up and down if that bothers you. We did have a lot of fun there!

We loved this apartment in downtown Glenwood springs. Located just a block off Grand Avenue the location is perfect. We could walk to numerous restaurants and shops and we're just a few minutes away from the hot springs pools. The apartment was clean and very comfortable and the host was prompt in communicating check-in details. Perfect choice for our extended weekend in Glenwood Springs!

This apartment was exactly as described. Clean, perfect location and fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen is so well stocked. We will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Glenwood Springs!

Great location in the town center.

Love the cute apt loft . It was 1 block away from where I was working . I walked mostly everywhere. Great downtown location. Right near great restaurants and coffee spots . I loved the amenities of the apartment. Have a fridge and kitchen was great for me . Cute place all around !

We loved our stay. This place is in a great location with several walkable restaurants near by. It had everything we needed and we quiet and convenient.

Location was ideal for walking to places and price was reasonable.

This wee flat was just down the road from the train station, and a block off the main street (Grand) with shops and restaurants. It was relatively quiet, and very comfortable. Communication with Desiree was clear and informative. We would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here for 4D3D. It is just right opposite the Amtrak station. We enjoyed the place and the location is convenient as long as you willing to walk.

Very nice one draw back lots of noise right next to building could not sleep in as you should be able to while on vacation…hopefully they done with work there soon so won’t be as bad for next person Other than noise great stay owners or managers should advise if noise kinda feel I got took a bit.

Easy checkin and close to our Amtrak station (literally 2 blocks). Close to everything for eats, entertainment, and others. Nice comfortable clean place to relax after a long day. Thank you!

This is a great location within walking distance of several wonderful restaurants. The property itself is located in an older building. There are stairs up with no elevator so caution to anyone with a heavy bag. As mentioned in the house rules, it takes awhile to get hot water. Overall loved the space. I would book again.

We loved this place. It's right downtown so walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, hot springs and hiking trails. It's beautifully decorated and the kitchen is one of the best equipped we've ever encountered. We highly recommend it.

Loved the location being within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops downtown! We were there on a VERY cold weekend and the old building did struggle with getting the temperature up but we were thankful for the extra blankets and space heater…we did find out the wood fireplace could have been used, but not being super confident with them we ended up not using it. Otherwise, things were as listed and expected. The kitchen was fully stocked with all tools you would need, the bathroom was updated nicely, and parking always happened in the garage mentioned as street parking filled up quick for those coming to enjoy the restaurants. I would definitely stay here again, great spot!

The condo is very well kept. Check-in is pretty easy, the locks are older so it can be a little finicky at first. The location is in the heart of Glenwood, so be prepared for what that entails on weekends. We were woken up a few times Friday night from people revving down the road and young people yelling while walking down the street, headed home from the bars. The location is great if you’re looking to be able to walk around town and enjoy the local businesses, which is what we did. Parking is an interesting one because there are so many people parking on the streets outside of the building, and if you opt to utilize the free parking garage a few blocks away, be aware of the local homeless. The only comment about the apartment itself is the stiffness of the bed, I’m in my mid twenties and I woke up with sore hips from the mattress. The shower however, is very nice! It’s a nice place for a couples’ weekend’s stay, but the furniture could be more comfortable after a long day spent in Glenwood.

It was wonderful, the apartment was very clean and everything was available. Everything is walkable and great restaurants near by. Loved it.

Glenwood is a special place for us and the central location of this Vrbo was fantastic! A fantastic walk to Doc Holiday’s grave restaurants sites along the river coffee in the morning, it was all fantastic! We lucked out and never had an issue with parking though, I imagine it could be tight at times.

We reaally enjoyed our stay in Glenwood. The property was fantastic. Great location in downtown. The unit is fully equipped with everything we could have needed. It was very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

This downtown Glenwood Springs apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the hot springs. The apartment itself is cozy and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The hosts have thought of everything, providing all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved waking up to the view of the charming downtown area. If you’re looking for a place that combines convenience with comfort, this is it! We can’t wait to return.

The property was very clean, plenty of space, with a comfortable bed. We traveled throughout CO for two weeks and this location was one leg of our travels. From Glenwood Springs we visited Hanging Lake, Aspen, Maroon Bells, and the Rio Grande trail. We enjoyed coffee from two different shops very close by, and dinner in town. This stop was midway through our trip so utilizing the washer & dryer was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Lovely little town! Close to everything. One note- windows look original to the building, so you can hear every car go down the street…but, we are very light sleepers. Other than that, perfect in every way. We would definitely stay again!

This unit was the perfect getaway for me and my husband! It is located in the perfect area to be able to walk to shopping and restaurants as well as the hot springs pools and vapor caves. The unit was just the size for us and decorated well. We will definitely be booking in the future!
