The Space:
Our spacious and thoughtfully designed two-bedroom, one-bath unit offers a stylish interior, ample storage, and an open-concept kitchen perfect for everyday living. Enjoy premium solid surface countertops, oversized windows that fill the space with natural light, and a bright, welcoming layout ideal for all guests. The generous bedrooms include one king bed and two full beds, while the modern bathroom features a large vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in the lively East Chattanooga neighborhood, known for its mix of residential, commercial, and recreational spaces. This area blends historic charm with modern development, offering a variety of dining, cafes, and shops. Just a short drive from downtown, residents have easy access to cultural attractions like museums, parks, and the Tennessee Riverfront. With convenient access to major highways, this vibrant neighborhood offers both urban convenience and local character, making it an ideal spot for those seeking a dynamic community.

Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!

    The house was nice and clean. but the building reeked of pot. I wish there was atleast salt and pepper in the house. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. They also made an accommodation for early checkin. We are very grateful specially when traveling with old parents and kids. The downtown restaurants are just a short drive away. We loved that part. Overall the stay was good. Thanks for hosting us.

    We were in town for the Half Ironman and this place was just far enough out of downtown not to have to deal with traffic but close enough to have convenient access to downtown. Condo was cute and well maintained. Would stay here again.
