Minimalist-Style Apartment within walking distance of Downtown Johnson City

Tiny little 1br apartment in small apartment complex. Very cool setup, freshly remodeled, record player and some vinyl (big plus!) and Brent was awesome with his communications. Was perfect for my 4 day work visit.

It was a clean, nice, quiet place. Enough for 2 people for a nice weekend.

Great place, easy to find and check in was simple.

This was a great place! Only minor issue was that the drain in the shower wasn’t draining. Other than that, this is a great place to stay!

The unit reflects the host's desire to provide a top-shelf experience. Brent is very conscientious of his guests' needs. The unit is close to Johnson City's downtown and its collection of restaurants.

We contacted the property manager about a broken window blind and toilet seat (with photos) . He responded in a timely way and offered a 50% refund because he was not in a position to fix any if this during our stay. After that communication we noticed a ring in the tub and beyond filthy rugs. All of this resulted in an uncomfortable stay. Since offering the refund we have not heard from the host, nor has he responded to messages or refunded any portion of the cost of our stay.

The location and communication from property manager was excellent, however, the cleanliness of the apartment was not great.

This small apartment met our needs for our stay during our recent mission trip to Johnson City. Booking process was simple. The apartment was easily accessible by a flight of stairs. We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and ease of travel, since it was literally right off I-26, which allowed ease of travel to our worksites,Thank you to our community manager was readily accessible to answer our questions, picked up dirty towels and provided us with more towels as we needed.Enjoyed having the fridge to chill our water and keep some snacks as well. We were able to eat at some of the local restaurants that were nearby and enjoy the local cuisine.Enjoyed our departure process too! This was just what we needed to allow us to rest after a day at the construction worksite.Thank you!

Cute little place that was so easy to get into and so close to all the spots downtown.

Everything was as expected except for the flight 27 steps there is to enter the apartment. I have knee trouble and had difficulty with this. Everything else was wonderful.

It was very pleasant and close to everything I wanted to see the staff was very professional I recommend anyone who is traveling and needs a good place to stay stop by and visit them I have no complaints
