Stayed Jan 2, 2026We had a wonderful time in Punta Mita. The spacious, clean condo is centrally located in the community. It was a great bonus to have daily cleaning service. The host was helpful. The only issue we had was with the golf cart but we were able to easily upgrade.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Overall, it's a great property, conveniently located inside the gated Punta Mita development, which is great because it has access to all of Punta Mita's beach clubs. Its very well equipped and maintained. We enjoyed the pool (shared with the other units in the building, but very private) and the terrace overlooking the golf course. We opted to rent the golf cart and it was very useful to drive to town (3 minutes) and the beach clubs.Diego, the property manager, was very helpful and always available via whatsapp. Cleaning service was also nice.Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Stayed Aug 8, 2023We had a wonderful stay at Punta Mita the apartment was comfortable modern and had plenty of amenities. Just as the pictures on the website Beds were comfortable plenty of towels Checking was very easy and Diego the property manager helped with golf car rental and groceries The place is beautiful and having access to the beach clubs is a plus We would love to come back

Stayed Jan 26, 2023Nice location. Looks just like the photos. Shower does not work in one of the bathrooms. A dribble out of the shower head at best. Takes over 5 minutes to get hot water. Never fixed during stay. Air conditioning stopped working but was fixed the next day. Housekeeping and Property manager were very through and responsive. But there were problems.
