Stayed Jun 29, 2024We love this apartment. It's in a great position over looking the harbour and an easy walk to the facilities of St Malo old town. Marie-France is a lovely hostess and is always patient in trying to comprehend my basic French. This was our fourth visit and it was as successful as the first 3!

Stayed Aug 5, 2023Absolutely brilliant apartment, equipped with everything that you might need and more. Very clean, modern and comfortable. Open layout day area (kitchen, dining and living room) with access to balcony with summer furniture. And very good size bedrooms. Garage is a great bonus as no need to worry about space to park. Location is perfect, walking distance to main atractions of St Malo, 3min to beach, 10 min to Walled City. Also great gataway to main roads if you are planning sightseeing further away. Marie is a great host! We couldn't wish for a better landlady. Communication was great from the moment we booked the place to the very last day of our stay. We will definitely recommend the place to our family and friends.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023The apartment is a short walk to St Malo, either along the Marina or the promenade that runs along the beach. Parking underground, be advised to park in a visitor’s bay not the actual garage space as it’s too small for a car. Our host Marie was very friendly and helpful along with our neighbour too. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and secure. The apartment would have been better if it had been fitted with another bathroom, there was space for it. I would highly recommend the apartment for a vacation in St Malo and sunsets are fantastic from the town wall or beach.

Stayed May 28, 2022This is a modern, bright and clean apartment, located within very easy walking distance both of the historic centre of St Malo and numerous wonderful beaches. The apartment is well equipped, and the underground garage is a great benefit for parking. Marie-France was very welcoming and helpful.

Stayed Dec 7, 2017Friendly welcome from our hosts, who live just around the corner. The south-facing living room normally gets lots of sun, although it was not much in evidence during our stay. Unfortunately, there was very little going on in the harbour at that time. Noise from the road below was a little intrusive but the back bedrooms were really quiet. The apartment is very well equipped, although there is little storage space for food and not much worktop for preparing meals. The underground garage is a real boon and the lift was excellent. Overall, the block was very quiet and peaceful. The Old Town is a 10 minute walk, so is the nearest supermarket and the sea front only 2 minutes.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A short walk to the walled city along quai or beach prmenade, nearby supermarket, 1 minute from beach, secure undercover car-park. It was the perfect location. Marie-France and Daniel were gracious and generous hosts doing everything possible to make our holiday happy The furnishings were modern, stylish and in very good condition. Kitchen very well equipped, even in the opinion of my passionate chef husband Spotlessly clean Highly recommended
