Great.location, great unit. Super easy. Love St Malo and region. Three great nights. Only issue would be that I would not go on a weekend again. Pretty crowded

Nice flat, great central location, perfect for 3 generations and varying needs and mobility. Although we caught the noise of a midsummer Friday night revelry. Really useful to have parking, and excellent comms with the owner.

Inside the city walls, close to all amenities and easy to find. Well equipped for two adults and two teenagers. Some street noise late at night but can be expected given the excellent location. Already recommended to friends!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Saint Malo and in Françoise's wonderful apartment. We would love to come back some day.

The apartment was perfect for myself and 2 grown children. We were rarely in it but enjoyed the extra room and beds. The only issue we had was there was no toilet paper. We arrived late Easter Sunday so stores were closed. I contacted the manager who told me he would bring some Monday morning. There was also no coffee. Lupinno told me this has never happened before but would be sure coffee and toilet paper would arrive. (Neither one ever did). Other than the above everything was excellent and would love to stay there again. We especially loved the location, availability to do laundry, felt very secure, bathroom was updated and very nice and the decor was warm and welcoming.

This apartment is bright, airy, spacious and well equipped; in summary, it is exceedingly comfortable. It is also well located in the Intra Muros. As it is on the fringe of the noise and crowds of the main tourist areas , it is both convenient and quiet. As others have noted, there is a steep winding staircase up one floor to the apartment but it is well lit and has a sturdy handrail. Be aware that the keys need to be picked up at a location that is about a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment. We found this a little inconvenient after a long day of travel. However, overall, this is a marvellous apartment that we highly recommend.

Would certainly stay here again. Parking ticket was a bonus and the property is very well appointed.

Photos do not do this beautiful apartment justice. The apartment kitchen and bedrooms were well stocked for a longer stay, although we were only there for an extended weekend. The fresh, French coastal decor for this clean apartment aligned perfectly with the charm of Saint-Malo and the beauty of the region. The apartment is only steps from the beach, shops and restaurants, in this cozy enclave. We will be back! The hospitality was exceptional! We were met when we arrived, and shown throughout the apartment, where to park, and some very helpful hints about the town.

We spent a beautiful week in this lovely, comfortable, convennient and well equiped appartement in Saint Malo. In my view it's the best place to stay in this fascinating city. It's situated within the city walls but not in the rushing tourist spots. It's calm and only a few steps away from the city center, the harbor, supermarket, nice bakery, beautiful restaurants and the path on top of the wall which is worth walking in every mood of the day. It's a place to get the real Saint Malo feeling. And not to forget the parking lot that belongs to the appartement is a real gift from heaven! To put it in a nutshell: It's the place to stay in Saint Malo.
