Our properties are all located right in Downtown Estes Park! This includes our private parking lot just for our guests and you are able to walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. We are just a 15 minute walk to the famous Stanley Hotel, 30 minute walk to the Estes Park Events Center and Fairgrounds, 5 minute walk to the Riverwalk, and about a 10 minute walk to Lake Estes. Estes Park is the Gateway to Rocky Mountain National Park and our property is just a 10 minute drive to the park entrance.

Be sure to visit our on site restaurant and bar. Sit back and enjoy a meal on the 2200 square foot rooftop patio with incredible mountain views. Guests to the restaurant do walk through the courtyard and common areas to get to the restaurant. You will experience a certain noise level during their business hours. They close at 8pm on weekdays and close at 10pm on weekends. We have a quiet time policy that starts at 10pm to ensure our guests that we are accommodating enjoy their stay and get well rested.
-Please NO SMOKING of tobacco or marijuana in the unit (cleaning fees may be assessed) or on the property -NO PETS permitted to stay as guests. -All trash must go straight to the bear safe yellow dumpster located at the south end of the parking lot (please read trash safety sheet). -Quiet time on property is 10:00 pm. -Ladies please use the makeup towels provided, more makeup towels are available upon request. -We have provided Murphy Beds for convenience to create more space when desired. Please read instruction sheet on “How To” pull down the bed, also please NO ROUGH HOUSING OR JUMPING ON ANY OF THE BEDS OR FURNITURE. -Please be sure to visit La Cabana Mexican Bar & Grill. Just a note that the rooftop patio is apart of the restaurant`s establishment only. -Each vacation flat is given one parking permit. The spaces on the north side of the building is specially reserved for our vacation guests. Checkout To Do List _Check-out time is 11:00am on your last day of stay. _Wipe down and clean kitchen counter tops and appliances. _Empty all trash to the bear safe dumpster. _Load and start dishwasher before check out. _Leave used towels and wash clothes in shower area before check out. _Make sure TV remotes are left on the coffee table. _Please take with you any leftover food that you purchased during your stay. _Lock up and drop keys in the Key Drop Box outside the office (Suite 8).

    Property was advertised as lovely. We liked the updated kitchen. Shower was nice. Very convenient to town and parking was included which was a plus! There were 2 two windows up high at the street level with limited access to light or fresh air. No AC . Windows had bars and one was blocked by several ladders lying against the window. There was a box fan. Rooftop Mexican restaurant was a plus!

    The location was fantastic! It was so close to all of the shops and restaurants. The flat was very clean which we loved, and the property manager Shawn, was very friendly. We met him once in the common space and he communicated instructions befor check in. I only gave 3 stars because i thought it was overpriced for what we got in return. We have never been to Colorado before or Estes Park but have read about the beauty and scenic views. The only window in this unit, blinds opened to a painted hallway wall. There was no patio or private outdoor space to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or nightly cocktail. I smoke cigarettes and there is no smoking anywhere on the property so i had to drink my coffe standing up near the street to smoke. It was not the relaxing vacation i expected. No where did i read that we would have a private space for that but i made an assumption an i was wrong. Just wanted to put that out there so people would know that there is no private outdoor space or view. The inside was very clean like i said before. However, we did have a few issues with it. The lighting was not good, especially in the bathroom. There are lights in the batbroom but not over the mirror so it was dark and couldnt see to put my mascara on. I'm 5ft tall and have thick hair. The shower head was so high up and the pressure was so weak, it took me forever to even get my hair all the way wet, so you could imagine how long it took to wash, rinse, condition and rinse..     We had a fantastic experience! The host was incredibly accommodating and made everything smooth from start to finish. The property is in a perfect location—my wife and I were able to walk everywhere on the strip without needing to drive and Bear Lake was only 30 minutes away. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Overall, it was the perfect weekend getaway, and we’ll definitely be coming back here for our next trip!

    We loved how much room the flat had. Wish it had another small couch or chair for seating, but loved how open it was!! It was super close to downtown and made walking there so convenient instead of trying to find parking each time we went to the shops or to eat. The owner was super helpful with information and easy to communicate with!

    My partner and I eloped in RMNP and stayed in the Cornelious Suite. It was in the perfect location and reasonably priced for five nights in Estes Park. We appreciated the property manager, Shawn, and his attention to detail. We could see the love and work going into The Courtyard Shops and Flats. We would definitely stay there again!

    My wife and I had a terrific time. Shawn was very nice and helpful in answering all our questions. Our room had all the amenities you needed and the location was excellent, walking distance to town. My only concern, the bathroom could use a few hooks to hang your clothes when taking a shower. We will definitely return.

    This location is perfect in Downtown Estes park! Restaurant in the Building upstairs, good parking spot. The flat is great, has all the amenities you could want including a great basket of snacks, coffee, etc. The communication was fast, always helpful and very accommodating for our special requests. Will always want to stay there when we are in Estes Park!
