Stayed Sep 9, 2025Very conveniently located close to the centre of town. We were able to walk to the main shopping area.Unit was clean and the facilities were as expected. The bed was very comfortable.We did mention to the owners that there needs to be more towel rails in the bathroom and the split system needs attention as it was barely doing the job.If we ever return to Orange, we would be more than happy to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 7, 2025It was ok, property was clean but the following needs to be addressed:No towel rails in bathroomNo bin in bathroomLounge/couch not great - a higher backrest is needed.Verandah in disrepair - railing needs replacing.Entry a bit a tricky - no lighting and awkward step.Very steep stairs.

Stayed May 16, 2025Loft on 93 in Orange is clean, pleasingly decorated and all amenities are provided. Comfy bed and very warm in cool autumn. Great sunny balcony.Very quiet - tucked away from noisier nearby streets - close to great cafe.Ideally situated, a lovely autumn tree lined walk to city city centre and to local gardens, restaurants, and shops. Just right for couples.
