Loft #203 - Quality Hill 1BR Loft in Historic Building

very historic, a lot of character, great location in downtown city center

Adorable loft. Very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend this over a hotel. Convenient to the convention center and all of downtown.

The apartment was a great home base for checking out the KC music scene. It was homey, comfortable and clean. The location was safe and walkable and just a couple blocks from the streetcar. We will definitely book again!

This is a wonderful location to stay in Kansas City and has been our favorite rental we’ve ever stayed in. The loft itself is so lovely—clean and light with high ceilings and a comfy bed and pillows. We utilized the streetcar often which is a quick 3-block walk. We also parked in the library garage which was affordable, safe and close by. The communication with the host was stellar—they were very quick to respond and helped me out when I had an issue (on my end) with the payment card on file. Do not hesitate to stay here!

Went great

I booked this property 2 consecutive weekends while in town for volleyball tournaments. It was convenient to the convention center and the neighborhood has some neat bars & restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen equipment and linens. I would definitely book in this property again.

Loved the location and how close it was to the KC Streetcar - it was our main mode of transportation and was a lot easier than having to drive places and find parking. The neighborhood was safe and clean with a cute coffee shop a block away. The apartment was clean and stocked with kitchen basics and bathroom basics. Towels, blankets, bedding, and the couch were all clean and stain free. Parking is the only thing keeping this from being a 5 star. Since there's no on site parking, unloading and loading baggage then moving the car to a parking spot a couple of blocks away and walking back was a process. The building is old so expect to hear your neighbors too. Overall a great stay though! Would 100% stay here again!

Clean loft, near downtown, great stay!

Bed was comfy and loft was clean. We parked in the library’s parking garage which was just a short walk.

Host was exceptional at being responsive to questions and provided a ton of great information about proximity to restaurants, etc. very clean. Very comfortable. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Fantastic location overall.

There kitchen was the best equipped out of all of the VBRO's I have stayed at.

This property was really cool! Extremely clean and the felt really safe given the owners attention to security features. Communication with the property owner was excellent! They even provided me with customized list of bars/restaurants that were within walking distance. I iwll most definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful place to stay! Perfect instructions on check in, check out and parking. Great location and super clean place. The bed was extremely comfy. Accessed the roof top and hung out and watched a beautiful sunset. Definitely would recommend! Kansas City did not disappoint! World War I museum is a must!

My partner and I decided on a staycation to focus on us leaving all responsibilities behind. We loved the loft. The location was perfect. We were able walk to anything we needed. I would definitely recommend a recharge in the loft.

This was one of the most pleasant stays we've had at a VRBO property. Communication with the owners was easy and instructions were clear. The loft itself was lovely, and the building on Quality Hill was ideal for our purposes. It was a simple four block walk to the K.C. Convention Center where our event took place over the course of four days. We were impressed with the fact that we immediately felt at home in the loft, thanks primarily to how thoughtfully it was outfitted.

The lift was great. It was very clean, quiet and cozy. Walking distance to streetcar and restaurants. I would definitely stay again if I am in the area.

I came to Kansas City for a fencing tournament and was so grateful to come home to this lovely loft every day. It was the perfect home away from home for me.Communication with Olivia was excellent. The loft was exactly as you see it in the photos – very, very clean and comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, cozy blankets etc.The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need. And I also appreciated that there were things like laundry detergent, dish detergent, shampoo, and conditioner available etc. The location of the loft was perfect for a quick walk to the convention center. There are also some great restaurants and a market with a great selection a 5 min uber drive away. I will for sure stay here again!

The condo/loft was close to everything. Just minutes away from the crown center and lots of restaurants. The stay was very comfortable. The condo was clean and exactly as described. We had one very minor issue that was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely stay again and will highly recommend.

This place was easy to walk to from downtown to avoid parking. The parking lot by the building was easy and only $10 for 24 hours. Super cool place!

Loft 203 was beautiful. The loft was sparkling clean. The building was very secure. All amenities were exactly as described. It was only a short walk to the convention center and many restaurants. Management was very responsive when there was an issue with the AC, taking care of this even though it happened on the weekend. We will not hesitate to book this venue again if we go back to Kansas City. A wonderful place to stay.

We celebrated my husbands birthday by going to our 1st chiefs game and then stayed here for one night. It was perfect!

Loved getting back to the city and the location was perfect..close to everything we wanted! Thanks
