Stayed Aug 31, 2024Nell was very helpful in making our arrival worry free. The property was exactly as described. The home was very comfortable and well appointed. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location, yet close to town. We would love to stay here next year.

Stayed Apr 1, 2024This was our second stay at this property. I was disappointed in the cleanliness as there were multiple cob webs and dust as well as ants. One of the heating units did not work. The furniture needs to be updated as all the tables were wobbly. However, the proximity to the town made us overlook all of this as we love the location of the house. We would stay here again but hope the owners refurbish it in the future.

Stayed Feb 8, 2023Quick walk to shops, restaurants and beautiful walks. I enjoyed snow one day and sunny 75° the next So much to see and do in the area. Property is very clean, comfortable and temperate controlled for every season.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022The host was one of the best we have had. Attentive and communicative. The location is ideal and so convenient to downtown shopping and dining, plus walks at Bass Lake, concerts at Memorial and Broyhill Parks, etc. The architectural design of the interior creates a feeling of space and openness, and the exterior balcony is like a treehouse among the branches of trees. We look forward to future stays at this warm and cozy carriage house apartment.
