Great place, close to town. Would definitely stay at the house again with zero hesitation. Sarah was on top of any questions I had.

Nice stay. Everything was comfortable and clean. Even had shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom and snacks/coffee in the kitchen. Very minimal notes around the home so it feels more cozy.

We had a good experience at this property and would definitely rent here again. All went smoothly and we enjoyed the north shore location and feeling “like a local.”

This was the perfect place for us this weekend! We came down to attend Fall Family weekend at UTC for our daughter, who is a sophomore. Previously, we’ve stayed in a pet friendly hotel the last two years, but we decided to try the house this time and do NOT regret it! It was so much quieter than the hotel and our small pup immediately felt at home and she didn’t bark constantly because of noise like sometimes happens in the hotel. It was an accurate listing with such an adorable vibe! We felt at peace immediately. My husband enjoyed the walkways to take out the dog and explore. We felt safe to sit on the porch at night and my daughter came over each day for a while as well. It was an amazing location- just perfect!!! We hope to stay again, if available, the next time we stay a weekend! We are just in Nashville, so we do down and back trips every couple months, but three times a year we stay two or three nights. I think we’ve found our future spot. We LOVED the heated bathroom! And I enjoyed and utilized the office nook. I loved the sign decor of quotes too! Plus, the beds were really comfortable! Had two great nights sleep after really long, active days! Thanks for sharing the home with us!

Loved the quiet cute neighborhood. Close to a Publix and downtown. Very clean and host was quick to respond.

We have never given a rental experience a 10 out of 10 until now. The property is centrally located and close to everything. It has beautiful decor and a great layout. It was very clean and has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The host is very helpful and responds to text messages quickly. She worked with us to extend our stay by a day after getting there and liking the place so much.

We enjoyed staying there. We left all clean and nice.No complaints, and Thank you for everything.One thing only was missing bulb in lamp in entrance room.Thank you again.Christoper

Great location, easy access, and we appreciated the decor.

We just stayed one night. The house was clean. It had everything we needed. There were several items available: snacks, coffee, tea, towels, washrags, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was super close to downtown for restaurants and the places that we wanted to hike.

I needed a quiet place to relax and also enjoyed walking this beautiful neighborhood in north Chattanooga. It provided everything I needed for a very comfortable stay.

Perfect place for a little family to stay in. Easy access to down town and pretty much everything around Chattanooga. Very clean an overall a beautiful place.

We were very happy with the home and its location. It was so nice to have a clean and comfortable place to return to after our adventures. We had a couple of communication hiccups, but they were brief, and Sarah was very kind and was quick to help.
