The room was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the essentials. The location is perfect for walking to all the historic sites and the free parking is great if you want to get out to explore the outer city attractions. The apartment is impeccably decorated, comfortable and homey.

This Vrbo worked well for our visit to Savannah. The communications with the host were very good. The parking worked great. We were able to walk to a lot of places and when taking the car it was easy getting around historic areas of Savannah.

The host, Chase, was very responsive to all of my questions. The accommodations were everything I hoped for. Very close to everything I wanted to see, and do. Once parked, we never moved the car because everything was walkable. Would love to return to Savannah and would definitely stay here again.

Great location-with parking! We were quite comfy for 3 nights in this lovely unit with working gas fireplace. Chase answered all questions promptly. No dishwasher but we often ate at nearby restaurants anyway. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location, close to everything Savannah has to offer! Great Hosts that are accommodating and involved. Would stay again! Very cozy accommodations. A little eclectic in the floorplan, but still, a lot of charm! Bed is memory foam and definitely firm.

Cockroaches in apartment. I messaged owner and they completely ignore the issue and do nothing about it. Horrible customer service

A super nice property within walking distance to points of interest, restaurants, and shopping. We enjoyed the free off street parking, and loved the courtyard where we ate our breakfast most mornings. Hosts were very receptive.

Wonderful place. Clean. Comfortable. Loved doing my watercolor art outside on the patio. Had some problems with lock on back gate. So just used the key instead and went through the front.

We really enjoyed the location. It was a short walk to everything.

We were very surprised by the apartment, based on the previous (extremely positive) reviews. I feel the need to share details, so that future travelers have all the facts.PRO's:-Location is fantastic, very central and walkable to all that you come to Savannah to do-Free parking on the premises for 1 car-Security is good, there's an outer courtyard with a gate before you get to the apartment entrance-Decor in the apartment matches the historic architecture and feel of the areaCON's:-Very tight quarters for 4 people! To quote another review, If you are expecting to stay with more than just two people, the pull out couch blocks the entire living room with access to the bathroom, so anyone in the bedroom cannot realistically pass by at night without climbing over the other people sleeping. Our two young kids slept on the pullout couch and woke up several times each night as we attempted to get to and from the bathroom. -EXTREMELY TINY BATHROOM, like so tiny that if you hunch while sitting on the toilet, you'll hit your head on the sink. There's a shower/tub, but the tub is only about 1/3 the size of a regular tub. Shower curtain is about 2 feet too long and clogs the drain while you're showering. Also, the bathroom fan cover is gone, so the wiring is exposed. -No washer or dryer - we spent a day at the beach but had nowhere to dry out our towels. The humidity outside only made them worse.-No dishwasher or dish drain to use

If you’re interested in a very safe area with walkability to just about anything, this is an amazing option. The included parking makes it a no brainer. The amenities provided were more than I expected with VRBO and am so thankful for the thoughtful details. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated - classically elevated just like you’d expect for Savannah. The water pressure was perfect and always a hot shower. The bed was very comfortable and linens were so fresh. All linens were provided and very clean, including a makeup wash cloth - again, so thoughtfully curated. The kitchen area had everything you would need if wanting to cook a meal while there. The garden area has a beautiful lime tree (I’ve never seen one before) and sitting area. The security of the property was wonderful and easy to navigate. Communication was wonderful the hosts. Thank you for creating such a wonderful and safe space for our visit! Will be booking in the future!

The location is wonderful, less than one block from a trolley stop, coffee shop, and food options. Furnishings were a great mix of modern and historic, but still comfortable. Decor was clean and classy. I truly felt as if I was staying in the middle of the history around me. This space is best suited for a single adult or couple, but contained everything I needed. I was pleased to find that the books used for decor were real books, making sure that each detail was carefully planned. Navigating the city was a breeze, either by walking or a quick bus or trolley ride. It was a relief to be able to keep my car parked on location. Working with the owners was a delight. Very polite and provided all the info I would have needed. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely consider staying here again.

The unit was everything you would expect in Savannah. It was beautifully furnished and the location perfect for walking throughout the historic district. We were pleasantly surprised to find all the fixings for coffee including a choice of brewed or an individual cup. Chase even checked in midway to be sure everything was good. I’ve never had anyone do that. Hopefully we will return to Savannah in the future and will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location which is close to everything you'll want to see and do.

The place was very clean , well located , and description of the property was accurate. Through a mistake of ours, we had a problem that the host worked to resolve quickly.i would regard this as excellent customer service. And would stay here again

This was a great location for us to walk to the places we wanted to see. Two of us stayed 4 nights and this property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was very easy, and the included parking was a big plus. Our host was always available and replyed quickly

We picked a terrible time to stay in Savannah, “worst snow storm in a generation “. But regardless the place was cozy and beautiful. The only thing I could fault it for was the size of the bathroom, very tiny. Otherwise it was spotless and charming.

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything. And if something was a little further, you could walk a couple of blocks to catch the free trolley. The property owners were easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. The property was very clean and decorated so nice. We definitely would stay there again whenever we are back in Savannah.

My wife and I (age 50+) thoroughly enjoyed our short 3-day/2-night getaway. The quaint house has a lot of charm, is very functional, and was very clean. The location encouraged us to walk to several different areas around town. Off-street parking just outside the back gate was super convenient. Would definitely stay here again. And another big piece of the overall excellent experience was the superb communication with the owner throughout our stay.

Perfect location in the middle of the historic district. Easy walking to anything you’re looking to do. Park the car and don’t touch it until you leave. Everything you need is here perfect for a couple.
