Laguna Beach = Tropical - Cottage

Jack the landlord has gone above and beyond fulfilling requests, and anything that arose. Comfortable, home away from home, located mid point of Laguna Beach and Dana Point in Orange County, California. If not for the rainy couple of weeks, we would have enjoyed the balcony with the outdoor furniture. We stayed for 43 days. Would go back to them in a heartbeat. Thank you Jack and Annette. You made our stay very pleasant.

My experience was amazing! The property is quite spacious, the photos do not do it justice. There is AC which is a plus especially down by the beach, and although he doesn’t have any photos of the bathroom don’t be alarmed- the bathroom is beautiful! Walk in shower is nice and also newly remodeled, beautiful tile and definitely a pleasant surprise. Please stay here, it was everything I needed and Jack was great!!

The place is not big, but nice, clean and cozy. Less than 5 min walk to very scenic Table Rock beach, ocean view from a large deck. Jack is a great host, helping his guests with everything. For example, he very promptly replaced a washing machine that failed. I highly recommend Jack's property!

I stayed at Jack's place for long weekend getaway with my friend and 3 teenage kids.. it was the perfect vacation. Jack was very accommodating with the reservation process. The apartment was perfect, even for 5 people. Kitchen was well stocked and furnishings were very comfortable. Washer and Dryer was a bonus. Outside patio was the best part of it - with nice views to the ocean and setting sun. There were beach towels, chairs and boogie boards available for use. The walk to Pacific Coast Highway (local route 1) was a little hike, but a very nice walk among beautiful overhanging trees and unique houses. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time on our vacation to California, specifically in south Laguna beach. Jack has a wonderful vrbo property that has it all. We're were very pleased with all that it offered us, and will be booking it again in the future. Beach access is a short walk, and sooo worth it. Please stay at this wonderful property.

My daughter and I once again stayed @ Jack's place for summer break. Love, Love, Love it and will definitely return. Everything about Jack's place/accommodations/location/amenities was perfect and suited our needs. Jill & Olivia

This was my second stay at this Laguna Beach Cottage. Both times I have been very pleased with the cottage. The studio is quite spacious with a lovely ocean view which was great for watching the sunset. The place was clean, comfortable bed, water stocked in the fridge. The full kitchen was great for making meals in, although the Coyote Grill just down the hill on the PCH is a great place to eat. On my second stay, the cottage was not yet ready and I had to wait for housekeeping for several hours before I could get in, a very unpleasant and disappointing circumstance after having significant travel delays due to bad weather. I had to change my activity plans at the last minute which was a significant inconvenience- this was my only free day from work during my entire stay. The owner did refund that night though without my requesting this which doesn't give me the time back, but did make up for the inconvenience. . I highly recommend this cottage for your Laguna Beach getaway.

We stayed for a couple weeks in May and really enjoyed it. We even had children and it was comfortable and worked out great for us! It felt like we were in Hawaii with the hills, palm trees and the view. The kitchen is nice and upgraded and we loved that we had a washer and dryer and a walk-in closet. You'll love this place!

Our stay in this rental studio was great! very clean and comfortable, very good location as well. I liked the kitchen for our breakfast needs, much better than a hotel room. Everything worked just fine. It was just us 2 and we had plenty of space, we would recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay in South Laguna Beach! This unit does not have a air conditioning system and unfortunately for us it was the hottest week end of the summer, that was the only thing. But we did have fans which helped quite a bit. overall I was very impressed! Pictures are accurate. Thanks Jack!

Our visit at Jack's beach cottage was wonderful!!! View spectacular! Beaches were nearby and breathtaking! I only wish my kids could stay their age forever because a studio (granted huge900 sq foot studio) might not work next year with two teens and a seven year old. Thanks Jack for your helpful tips especially the places to eat! Although you should add Asada's just for their yummy house Sangria:)
