Kitty Hawk Bay Vista

The property was very nice and clean upon arrival. The location was beautiful by the water. The host was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would book again.

This spot was beautiful. We had an extremely relaxing week which is exactly what we needed. One thing I will say is I brought kayaks because I didn’t realize that Dan had some there to rent. Next time I would just rent them from him and it would be a lot easier one myself but all that aside the spot is absolutely amazing. The neighborhood is so friendly and it’s close enough to everything that we mostly biked places. Great spot!!

Beautiful view, sunsets were gorgeous. Dan was great! First day I had problem operating television, and he was there in minutes to show me how it was done. When we were leaving our battery was dead and Dan went to his neighbor and borrowed jumper cables and got us on our way. Really a wonderful host with a great place for a peaceful getaway!

Perfect for a couples’s getaway.

Room was very clean and well-maintained. View is spectacular from inside and outside. Enjoyed gorgeous sunsets from the dock every night. Dan the host was very accommodating and friendly. Nice quiet neighborhood with a really wide path separate from the road - great for walking or biking. We rented bikes from the host for a reasonable price and biked miles, easy to get to the Wright Brothers memorial. If you’re really ambitious, a 12 mile round trip bike ride gets you to the end of Colington Island on a nice bike path - a very nice ride with beautiful views. Great place to stay!

This is a good spot to stay in kill devil hills, great view over the sound. Nice spot for the price.

Very quaint, clean and quiet stay. Views of the Bay were SPECTACULAR and owner Dan was on top with his communication every step of the way !! Will definitely be back again, thank you !

Love the clean, quaint coziness of this rental unit in the sunsets were absolutely amazing.

Would recommend, fyi this is just the ground level and you can hear footsteps upstairs. The grill is rather old.

The big back window opening up to the sound was a spectacular.
