Indigo Flat: Chic Retreat in Downtown Chattanooga

This is a lovely property. Very clean and stylish. I don't have enough positive words to describe. The furnishings were comfortable. The bed was perfect. The kitchen was outfit with great appliances and tools. Will def book this property again. The host was easy to communicate with and friendly. Well Done!!!

Loved how close it was to everything. I would recommend that you update your parking information and let your guest know that they will have to pay for parking on the street because the spot in front is not large enough for two vehicles. Liked the guest book because it had several recommendations in there from previous guests and they were all great! Will be back!!

Very nice accommodations. Great location. Everything was as it was represented on the VRBO site. Warm and cozy and nicely appointed. Easy 8 minute walk to the Soldiers and Sailors museum with a restaurant conveniently located about halfway in between (Universal Joint). Highly recommend the host and this VRBO!

This property was wonderful, so clean and cozy. I was very impressed by the cleanliness. Centrally and conveniently located to the Tennessee Aquarium and many other activities in Chattanooga. I would definitely recommend this property for an amazing weekend getaway. The restaurants in walking distance were amazing, our favorite breakfast spot Ruby Sunrise the staff was so friendly and hands down the best pancakes, that I have ever eaten in my life.

Everything was in good shape it was just extremely noisy while we were there. An apartment building was going on across the street so it was very loud. It was a little tight with two adults especially the kitchen area. It was beautifully decorated.

The stay was great — the property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better, just a short walk or quick drive to downtown, restaurants, and local attractions. Parking was also much easier than some reviews suggested; clear instructions were provided, and we had no issues finding a spot throughout our stay.

I was so impressed with the space and how clean & inviting it was. It’s exactly as it looks in the photos. It felt as if I were living in NYC with the hardwood floors, exposed brick and large windows. The location was a wonderful refreshing walk from where I needed to be. I hope to get an opportunity to stay there again when I am back in Chattanooga. Thank you for the use of your beautiful home.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was clean, comfy, and cozy. A perfect home away from home. The location was fantastic with excellent walkability, making it so easy to enjoy everything Chattanooga has to offer. We loved being close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions while still having a quiet and relaxing space to come back to. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Excellent place. Very well done. Great remodel for an older home. Great location. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to go. We also don’t mind walking. We averaged 6 miles per day. Convenient parking lot out front if it is open and you have a small car, which we do and we parked in in the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect for what we needed. We were in Chatty for a long weekend for the Ironman. Parking was stressful our first day there but then we got lucky when the one free spot opened up. The condo is super cute and cozy.

Before arriving we received welcome email with check in instructions. Easy access to enter into flat. Very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Parking was never an issue. Would recommend 5 stars!

Fantastic for a quick weekend getaway with great walkability to downtown shops and restaurants, the arts district, and the pedestrian bridge and parks. The decor was trendy and space was just right for two. A bit of street noise, but appreciated the white noise maker.

Everything was perfect!

Came to Chattanooga for a Black Jacket Symphony concert. It was within a mile of the venue. There are a lot of great places to eat within 1-2 miles. The next day we went to the aquarium and the IMAX theater also in close proximity. Great location and will certainly stay here again.

What a great place! It has been thoughtfully remodeled. Our host also thought of so many little things to make us comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was wonderful and in the perfect location to enjoy and explore the city. The property is decorated lovely and extremely clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time walking to nearby areas for food, drinks, and exploring the art district. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us, well decorated and comfortable. We would definitely return!
