If you want to enjoy your stay in Amboise can rest in peace, it is possible. Our house is 500 meters from Amboise and its train station and 1 km from the castle.
We offer an independent apartment for 2-5 people (the fifth being a child), with a bedroom and a double bed and two single beds in mezzanine, made simple but pleasant and relaxing.
A fireside can offer another sleeping, ideal for a child. We can also take an extra bed for baby.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This is a charming little apartment and was ideal for our 2 night stay near Amboise. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Chateau. Jeremy and Gwendoline were friendly and helpful.

Stayed May 28, 2017It was just fine for our 3 day visit in and around Amboise. Had a little trouble finding the location but finally learned our way around town. Just a couple of suggestions: clothes washer, sharp knife for bread, more fans for hot days. The owners are lovely people and couldn't have been nicer, but we were so busy we hardly saw them. Love Amboise.

Stayed May 19, 2016Those who choose this rental will be provided a lot of value for the price. We truly enjoyed this quiet little gem. We are an older couple and appreciated ground floor entry & sleeping accommodations on lower level. The rental was located fine for the chateaus we wanted to see. We appreciated the close, informal dining places that we went to when we arrived after a tiring trip. Many thanks to our kind hostess and host for your hospitality! Stayed Dec 31, 1969Quiet and clean and very, very nice newer accommodations and easy parking in front of the house. The owners were very pleasant and helpful and a delightful family. The living room wall had originally been part of an ancient building and I wondered what stories it might tell if it could talk. The front gate was always locked, however I found it unusual that there was no front door key and the wifi was not consistent. It was national free museum night and the locals dressed in period costume, it was a delightful.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful small Gite in a great location for Loire area chateau viewing. Comfortable bed, close to grocery store and very nice host family. Quiet with nice yard. We had a car so do not know about bus or train transport. Our stay was for one week and we would stay there again. Upstairs loft for chidren that we did not use.
