Incredible Luxury Loft in Historic Downtown McMinnville

Wonderful condo in a perfect downtown location. Close to a lot of great restaurants and the downtown area.

The Loft was perfect! The location is ideal for visiting McMinnville’s local shops, restaurants, and all the nearby wineries. Our host Kathy, was great! She had The Loft stocked with everything we needed plus more.

Love the location and the stunning interior. Having dinner brought up from the fantastic restaurant downstairs was perfect. Beds, linens, towels all very nice. We do want to come back!

Every single element of the loft was perfectly selected. Only the best of the best was used and it shows. Bravo to the host Kathy. The pictures just don't do this place justice. It is a beautiful warm place. Decorated with amazing one-of-a-kind arts and crafts treasures. Well-appointed loft with everything you need and more. Great stay with friends. The unit was very comfortable and a great location close to restaurants, shops and wine country.

This place was awesome. Right in the middle of 3rd street so a great location. Convenient to wineries. Beautifully decorated. Had absolutely everything. It is above a restaurant (La Rambla) but we never heard any kind of noise from there. The furniture was very comfortable and they had some awesome lamps. Two thumbs up to the owners.

Kathy is a wonderful host. The apartment is beautifully decorated especially if you appreciate arts and crafts and/or art nouveau. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you could want. The best part is the restaurant downstairs! La Rambla is my favorite restaurant in McMinnville, and that's saying something as there are many very good ones in town.

Wonderful stay! There was a delay with check in but Kathy communicated with us and went above and beyond to accommodate us! We will be back.

A perfect spot for winery tours! A beautiful place to stay.

The apartment is stunning! Huge space and beautifully decorated. Equipped with everything needed to make meals as desired. Location is perfect for walking to tasting rooms, restaurants and shops. We ate both nights of our stay at La Rambla. Sat at the bar and had tapas and drinks. Excellent selection and a decent happy hour menu as well.Kathy was very responsive to all of my questions.Only recommendation is to update the check in information provided. In one section it gives codes for both outside and inside doors but it also says to contact the host to get the code to the apartment. Minor “nit” but would help to have a bit clearer instructions. The parking information is also a little confusing. Should just say there are passes in the apartment that would allow two vehicles to park in the rear lot for the duration of your stay. The information sounds like you can only park there for 24 hours then you’d need to use a different lot. That isn’t the case.Have already told several people about the Loft and La Rambla and definitely want to return for another visit.

This “loft” felt like a mansion! It was spacious and the decor was eclectic and inviting. Every thought for our comfort was considered from the luxurious beds and baths to the gourmet kitchen. We enjoyed ordering food from Las Ramblas below us and exploring the town and vineyards was a perfect adventure for us Floridians. Five PLUS STARS!!

We’ve wanted to visit Oregon for sometime now. My husband and I travel to visit wine regions. This loft was located in the perfect spot. It is impeccably furnished, and very comfortable. It was even nicer than I expected. I didn’t want to leave.

I broke my ankle so I couldn’t come but my husband brought two friends of ours and they all had nothing but wonderful things to say about the gorgeous loft. It was spacious, the location was great and my friend said she could have sat by the window drinking coffee forever. Thank you for having us and we plan on returning soon!

One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed at with great charm and character. Great location in heart of McMinnville - walking distance to any downtown bar/restaurant. Large spacious living area, smallish secondary bedroom, comfortable to lounge and hang out in. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

We had a wonderful weekend in the La Rambla Loft. My husband had been wanting to stay here since we saw the flyer in La Rambla (our favorite McMinnville restaurant), so we booked a stay during the UFO Festival, which was a site to see. The loft is incredibly beautiful - very nicely decorated, luxurious bedding, and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Communication with the owner was super easy. We're already planning to return next year to celebrate our birthdays!

The La Rambla loft exceeded our expectations. It's furnishings and amenities were far better than any other property I have stayed in in over 10 years. McMinnville is a lovely, friendly town. The lower La Rambla restaurant was outstanding with great food options and wonderful service, both in the restaurant and to the loft. Kathleen was a great hostess, easy to contact and attentive to all of our needs in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Fabulous in every way

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property, and we love it! Great location in downtown McMinville, near great restaurants and the Willamette wineries. Two beautiful bedrooms in a spacious loft, and a full kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We come to McMinnville once a year with another couple for a wine country weekend. We plan our travel based on availability of this apartment and stay here every time. It is in the perfect location- on the Main Street steps from coffee, restaurants, etc. It has a lovely and very large kitchen and living area that looks out on main street. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are perfect for two couples. Beds are super comfortable with high quality linens and great pillows. We love this place!

Clean, comfortable, easy. This property is the perfect place for a quick wine country get away. Walking distance to adorable shops and the restaurant below was friendly (and the food was delicious)..

Stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate my wife's birthday with our Aunt and Uncle from Lodi area of CA. What a great place. Everything was near perfect. Great location, very walk-able, short drive to Dundee and Newberg for some great wine tasting. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Excellent restaurant, La Rambla, just below the location so very convenient. A bit of traffic noise as you are in the heart of town and only a block from the main drag but overall very quiet, especially at night. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

We loved everything about this place! -Right in the center of the main street--great location and the restaurant below was an added benefit and there were no noise issues -Very comfortable--couches, beds, linens, towels, stocked kitchen, fireplaces were all wonderful -Plenty of space -Super clean -Host was helpful and responsive Thanks, Kathy, for a wonderful experience! Amazing week in McMinnville. Gorgeous loft in a quaint neighborhood. Everything we could need/want. Fantastic wineries, shopping and restaurants.

Very clean, huge living space and kitchen, incredible location with easy parking. This place checks all the boxes. The primary suite is very luxurious and I ordered the brand of sheets they use as soon as I got home. The owner was incredibly kind and responsive. We dined out but if we stayed longer, I would have loved to cook a meal in that kitchen!

Great location on 3rd street. Walking distance to many shops, bars, restaurants, and wine tasting rooms. Excellent restaurant downstairs at La Rambla. Would definitely stay again on next trip to McMinnville.

The loft was perfect for our stay. Very easy entry and steps to second floor. Beautifully appointed and cared for. It had everything needed to create a comfortable stay…not just your ordinary loft apartment. Loved being able to go down stairs to La Rambla for tasty meals and great service.

We loved everything about this property. The location was perfect to all the greatness of McMinnville. The kitchen and living areas were so well stocked. Nothing missed for guests. Just show up and enjoy Willamette Valley.

Gorgeous lift. Unfortunately directly over a restaurant that kept us up way into the night. The loft itself s great but homeless people gather in the parking lot. The police were there to move them but the next day they were back. Totally disappointed for the price

We loved Kathy's loft - lots of space, beautifully decorated, and conveniently located near restaurants, groceries, and shopping. Her loft was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen, washrooms, and entertainment wise. My daughter just moved into Linfield and it was the perfect home base for our family while she got situated in the dorms. The only concern was that there was always homeless people right at the entrance to the loft, behind the building. But the workers for the restaurant was also always around which made us feel safer coming and going late at night. Parking lot was filled on one of the nights, but we easily found street parking a couple of blocks up and was able to move the car in later that night. Safe neighborhood to walk and they even closed the streets for Fresco Dining that weekend.

This is our favorite place to stay. I am picky with cleanliness and this place is very clean. It is located in the perfect spot on Third Street. We will definitely be back again.

Super location over LaRambla and downtown access is great as a base to explore some of the best wine country in the world. We loved the coziness and decor. We will definitely return.
