Inside, enjoy a bright, open living space made for relaxing and spending time together. Cozy seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, surrounds a 60” Smart TV ready for your favorite streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen makes everything from morning coffee to shared meals easy and enjoyable.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable king beds and Smart TVs. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bath, while the second bedroom has convenient access to a full hallway bathroom. A washer and dryer are included for added comfort during your stay.

    Location was fantastic. Communication was great. Only negatives were both beds were soft and older. There were no box springs and the slightest movement was loud and shifted the entire mattress. They do warn you that the A/C units turn on sporadically to regulate the humidity. Be warned that they are not quiet when they turn on and they will come on multiple times in the middle of the night. We never woke up to the sounds from King street, but we did wake up suddenly to the loud sounds coming from the units in the wall.

    This is our second time staying at this location. We love it. Great spot on King Street - accessible to everything! Very clean and the Stay Duvet crew is very responsive. It is also a great efficiency if you dont want o eat all meals out! We will definitely book again!

    Fantastic location and property. Visiting our daughter at College of Charleston and we’re very happy with this stay. Place was just as advertised - clean, quiet, and located in the heart of King Street. We dined close by and lived the parking so close by for the weekend. Linen and towels all clean and soft.     If you want to see VrBO down right, stay here. Great location, great value, easy to access, superb customer service, ultra clean apartment and even left coffee for in the morning.     Great location. Easy walk to many sites, restaurants, etc. Communication with manager was timely and easy. HVAC units were a bit fussy and no windows/natural light in bedrooms were the only negatives.

    Convenient location. Close to shops and food but loud and had a terrible chemical cleaner smell that couldnt be airedout. The AC unit in front bedroom woke us up 4x making a very loud noise throughout the night we atayed.
