Immaculate Long Beach Apt w/ Gorgeous Kitchen

It was everything we could imagine and more! The little touches in the design, close to everything, great views of pacific hwy and a few blocks from the beach. The owner is wonderful and super responsive. We've already started planning next year.

This space is right where you want to be! Close to shopping, food, and of course, the ocean!

Great place, very clean, very well stocked. Labels to help you did what you need or how to use something. Close to beach entrance and lots of place to walk to for meals or just ice cream. We had a short stay but very nice one, loved

Family trip with teen children. Great location right on the main street above business across the street from the bakery/pharmacy. Unfortunately the pub below was closed but hopefully they re-open as this would be convenient. The beach is just down the street within walking distance. The apartment is beautifully decorated and I feel best for older children. Two flights of stairs to access if mobility is a concern. They provided ear plugs as the street is loud with cars and people which can easily be heard through front windows into front living and bedroom and in building next door day and night. If you bike there is not anywhere to lock bikes so will need to be left on your car. Beds are soft if your prefer firm just bringing up as can be a deciding point for some. Overall great place and responsive owners. Not related to the home but we quickly realized most restaurants only open Thursday-Sunday which was not the case in the past. This is spring so I suspect this is a seasonal decision but if you plan to eat out plan your vacation towards the end of the week. We would rent again.

This property is indeed immaculate, Aesthetically beautiful as shown on the photos. Towels and linens are super clean.. everything is provided from cleaning supplies , kitchen utensils and etc.. basic things that you need is there. Coffee bar is well supplied for our stay which is awesome. Bathroom is spacious and clean. The apartment is walking distance to the Stores, Pharmacy, restaurants which is very convenient and about 10 minutes walk to the beach. Which is perfect! The only down side of this apartment Is they don’t have AC. (Reason why only Rated 4 it stars) During our stay the temperature inside the apartment was 82 degrees super uncomfortable we could not sleep properly tho they provided 3 fans it was still super hot and apart from that there is no proper ventilation they don’t allow you to open the windows ( as instructed) I guess for safety reasons.. so for us it’s not ideal to stay here during summer time. AC is a must here during summer time… The Property management (Melissa) is responsive and she called us back right away and answered all our questions. Which is super helpful! We highly recommend evolve rental property!
