The building elevator is very slow but the Condo was clean. spacious, and comfortable. Especially liked having two king beds for the two couples. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch and watcking all the tubbers going down the river.

Had a wonderful stay with family here. It had some minor issues (doors sticking or not closing), but was overall a fantastic condo for a small group or family to be right on the river and near so much of the activities in town. Highly recommend!!

Honey Bear is perfect in every way!! Exceptionally clean with all amenities needed. Very cozy and quiet. LOVED the master suite overlooking the river. Easy walking distance for all things...elevator access.... and covered parking. Hosts were great with communication. Highly recommend!!

The parking was safe. The location was wonderful, convenient to everything and right on the river. The apartment was one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever stayed in. All around, it was a wonderful place to stay, one I would return to.

The kitchen was stocked very well. I always bring a few things of my own because I'm picky but with your kitchen items I didn't even need to. You're close enough to town that we walked a lot of times. We were the only ones there but I appreciated all your signs about being courteous about noise 10pm and 8am. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your place. Thanks

This is a great property and very well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Somehow it is right in the middle of everything but is very peaceful at the sane time.

Beautiful condo in a perfect location to shops in Helen. The condo is very roomy to include king beds in each bedroom. The kitchen and baths were stocked with everything you need. Parking is covered, which is nice. Our favorite part is the back screened-in patio overlooking the river. Already looking forward to booking at this location next year. Thank you to the homeowners for letting us use their perfect space!

Great space. Close to everything in Helen & riverside experience is great.

This is our second stay at this location. Fall of 2024 and December 2025. We will definitely be back just wish animals were allowed. Everything in the condominium was great and great communication with hosts. Only problem was next door neighbors were extremely loud. They came home around 2 am on New Years after partying and we heard everything. That truly was the worst of the whole trip and nothing that we could get away from.

We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well appointed and our view incredible. Honey Bear Riverside was within walking distance of all the shops. Highly recommend!

Booked this unit for a conference and it was perfect for our needs. You can walk literally anywhere in town. Will be staying here again.

The rooms were comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space in the kitchen, living room, and porch for us to spread out. The location is the best in town.

Lamar, the host, was quick to respond to my questions. Check in was easy. Very clean and plenty of room. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch, overlooking the river. Convenient to downtown Helen. We walked everywhere. We plan to stay here again.

This was a great place. Everything was as stated on line. Would be a great place for a longer stay due to the available amenities. Loved the screened-in porch over-looking the river.

The area is beautiful and the weather was perfect. Betty’s and The Hofbrau had the best food. The rental house had everything we needed and was clean. The only discrepancy was the listing said there was a 1/2 bath but there wasn’t. And it was in a great, walkable area.

Our trip to Helen was perfect! The Honey Bear Riverside Retreat was clean, spacious and everything advertised! After the coaster, eating and shopping it was the perfect retreat.

Perfect location. We never had to move our car once we got to town. We walked everywhere and had a lovely day in Helen! The condo was quiet and comfortable, great space for our family of 5.

We (2 couples) wanted to stay in town and avoid the hassle & expense of parking. This condo was perfect for us. Assigned covered parking right under the building and elevator to our top floor condo were a great addition during our rainy stay. We will rent this place again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is very close to the Helen fest hall and easily walkable to the downtown main street, restaurants and shops. The condo is spacious and well equiped to be a home away from home. We would return again!

Lovely property, full of amenities and comfortably beds and furniture. We spent a lot of time on the screened porch above the river, listening to the rush of the water over the rocks. Convenient to everything, yet off the main road and traffic. Easily recommended. We felt at home.

We had a great experience. The condo was close to main events for Octoberfest. We parked and walked everywhere. The condo was clean and the balcony was so nice looking over the Chattahoochee River. Easy access and I would definitely recommend for two couples to stay. We had a wonderful time.

Fantastic location walk to everything fun! Quiet location great for sleeping. Very clean had everything we needed & beds comfortable. Like covered off street parking. Need to adjust lock on lower door hard to open & also screened porch door. Would definitely stay again!

This clean, spacious and quiet Condo is situated within walking distance of everything that Helen has to offer. The river bubbles past the screened in deck. The Festhalle is within strp of the Condo entrance. What a great place to hang out and have fun. just a few step

This property was in great shape and located 2 doors down from the Festhall. Would recommend to anyone going to the area. It is walking distance to all the stores with a good view of the river.

The condo was perfect. It was very well kept. My sisters and I (ages 58 to 73) so enjoyed our stay, especially the screened deck. Listening to the sounds of the river with our morning coffee or evening wine. Also having the elevator was exactly what our group needed. An absolute 💯 %.

This property was absolutely amazing! The hosts are very responsive and very friendly! The house is fully ready for someone to stay in! Great location within walking distance to anywhere in town and amazing spot on the river to people watch or let the kids play in the river!!
