Walkable to city center and Holyrood Palace/Arthur's Seat, on bus line, groceries and bakery across the street, comfortable bed (but sleeper sofa very uncomfortable!), washer ( no dryer, but one at nearby gas station), nice new bathroom, interesting eclectic decor, outside area could use some attention. Great communication with host.

This property was ideally located. 10 min dive or 30 min walk into city centre. Susan has kept her apartment spotlessly clean and very well equipped for all your needs. Would thoroughly recommend and hope to visit again in the near future

Loved how communicative the property owner was before our stay. The apartment was very clean and had an information book inside with answers to any questions we had. Everything inside was labeled and easy to find if we needed anything. Would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Extremely nice and wonderful stay!

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for a short stay. The location was great too and there is a bus stop right outside the front door to get into the city centre. There are also shops right on the doorstep. If I was returning to Edinburgh, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

This apartment was awesome for our needs, it was modern, clean and stacked with everything we needed, Susan had great communication with us and this was appreciated. The bus stop was right in front of place - so that was pretty convenient

We felt very warm & cosy in this property. Ms.Susan has been very considerate to us and made sure that we are comfortable.We were welcomed with some yummy cookies & kids enjoyed it.. the house has everything you can ever think of.. there's a manual too with list of items & where you can find them.. & the Christmas decor was very cute too.. Overall our stay was awesome & would definitely recommend to others..

The apartment was amazing and way beyond our expectations. We had everything that we needed and more. The apartment was well-equipped with everything that one can think of. Right after booking Susan contacted us and was extremely helpful and nice. On our last day, we were about to miss our train back home and Susan helped us so much and basically saved us from missing it. The location of the apartment is great and you'll easily get to the city center. We'll definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.

Susans place is super cozy and had everything one could need. The whole apartment was perfectly clean and the location so close to the bus and a 7/11 Store was prefect for our first visit to Edinburgh.The communication with Susan was super organised, professional and very friendly.Thanks again for everything!We will come back here for our next visit and recommend the apartment 100%!

Susan is an amazing host. She is very helpful and supplies comprehensive information. Check in and check out was very smooth and easy. The property is very neat, beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all the amenities one would require. We had a fabulous stay in Edinburgh thanks to Susan and her efficient management and the lovely and comfortable apartment.

It truly felt like a home away from home. Comfortable and cute. Clean and quiet. Great location in residential neighborhood with a small grocery store and coffee shop just across the street and a local pub a couple of blocks away. The bus stop with buses to old town, downtown, and the marina right outside. Our host was quick to respond to our questions and she provided lots of information on things to do in Edinburgh.

Very nice contact, flat is very well equipped. The bathroom is freshly and modern renovated, the kitchen holds everything you might need and more. The flat is in a quiet neighborhood, You can easily reach a lot of different bus services. Highly recommended, if we come back to Edinburgh we will happily book again.

This home was exactly what we needed for our three day visit to Edinburgh. All communication was accurate and easy. The home was extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. It was very well stocked and we wanted for nothing. Good bed and lovely shower. Access to the city was easy with the bus stop right outside. Coffee shop and small supermarket across the road and a “chippy” around the corner. Lucky to have found it and would highly recommend it!

This was my first stop on my journey, and due to the excellent directions I was able to quickly orient myself to the city. I purposefully wanted to be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. From the welcoming red front door, cozy amenities, and little touches of welcome, I absolutely loved this whimsical sweet apartment. The owner was very prompt at answering my questions, provided excellent instructions, and went above and beyond helping me find a special personal souvenir.

Susan has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable from the comfy bed to the cozy towels and welcome shortbread, you won’t miss home. This flat has easy access to the city centre with bus access steps from your secure entry way and free on street parking at your door. It was everything we needed during our stay in Edinburgh.

A lovely apartment not too far from the city centre. Very easy access by bus. Susan provided lots of information as well as some Scottish shortbread!

This was a great stay. Would be happy to recommend. Only slight negative is that this place isn’t walking distance to downtown. That said, it’s a short bus ride or uber. The host was wonderful to deal with. Place was spotless upon arrival. There was a guest book with tons of info on local spots. Any questions we had were answered nearly immediately and many things were thought of in advance. I’d be happy to stay here again.

Lovely flat hosted by a very nice lady who kept us well informed. Nice and clean with plenty of space for the two of us. Situated a quick 10 minute bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh and opposite a well stocked Co-op.

Truly an amazing place to stay and our host is the most wonderful woman ever. She has some many guides to helping you see and figure out your way around the city. The apartment was clean and a beautiful place to stay. I 1000% recommend this place.

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The host communicated with us and her instructions for checking in and out were easy to follow. The apartment is right on the city bus route, has a CO OP and bakery across the street. W parked our car on the street for free and took a break from driving for two days while we explored Edinburgh. The apartment is clean, well supplied and comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

The property located in a great location to public transportation with a store just across the street. The owner went above and beyond supplying the place with everything you may possibly need and it was well maintained. She even gave all the information needed to navigate the city! We stayed for three nights and really enjoyed it.

We much enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The living room and bedroom were well furnished, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was clean and fully functional. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of the downtown and Leith. We would definitely stay again.

Welcoming and charming, and well-equipped, we had everything we needed. Even charging adapters (we had left behind.) Great clear communication! We enjoyed our walk to the Royal Mile … taking in the history and culture along the way. Delightful!

Everything was perfect. From the booking details to fact that the bus stops literally in front of the unit…everything was amazing. Susan had so many nice touches set up in the apartment. The bed was wonderful. We were totally delighted by this experience which was the first stop of many on the way through Europe. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely time in Susan's appartment. She sent us elaborate check in information. So it was easy for us to enter the appartment. The location is a 35 min walk out of the city centre (which was no problem for us since we love walking) but there is a busstop right in front of the appartment as well for those who cannot or do not want to walk into town. The kitchen is fully equiped and the cupboards were stocked and we could use that. The only comment we have, is that the upstairs neighbours were a bit loud and noisy late in the evening and during the night. All in all we loved staying in the appartment and felt really at home.

The apartment was completely prepared to live in, clean, tidy and confortable We really felt like home. Susan, the host, has been incredibly attentive. The apartment is full of tips to enjoy it and info to move into Edinburgh. There is a bus stop just in front. The only bad reference I can say is that... no improvement can be made!!!!
