No Stairs! One level with ramp access to fully accessible rooms and bathroom / shower. Two bedrooms have queen size beds plus a futon allows for 5 maximum occupants.The kitchen/living room space is flexible enough for digital nomads to work or cook a gourmet meal with excellent access to fresh farm and sea ingredients! The back yard is private, overlooks wetlands.
One parking space is directly in front by the entrance and there is a large parking lot with ample off-street parking that can accommodate large vehicles.
Pets are welcome. We can recommend a wide range of outdoor adventures tailored to you, and your dog's, level of activity.

    Really enjoyed our stay. On the edge of a marsh but only a 2 minute walk to Main Street. Interesting neighborhood with lovely old houses. Very comfortable and well kept. Host very helpful and available. Everything from kitchen implements to beds and sheets were high quality and impeccable. Many thanks!
