High-end studio with gas fireplace, WiFi, central AC - near restaurants/wineries

We would definitely stay here again as we have family in the wine business in McMinnville..However the check out time is 10 am which we found a bit unreasonable given this is a get away spot.. All the other amenities were perfection. Great shower and bath and comfy room. QUIET

Really great location if you're staying in McMinnville. We were there for a wine weekend and this spot was centrally located to all the spots we wanted to go. Everything is 2 block away and easy to walk. Parking is on site. Couple of notes for travelers: to get to the studio, you need to go up a long flight of stairs. Wasn't excited to carry our luggage and cooler up that, but it was doable with both of us. Second, the bed is VERY SOFT. I loved it, but I suspect not everyone will. Lastly, there is a microwave, but no stove or hotplate so not a good place to bring your own food to cook.

Very clean and comfortable space and the vineyards were incredible.

The property manager, Vacasa, was great about advance communication for check-in/out. Parking and access were easy.The property was nice, clean, well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Great shower; could use some towel hooks. Coffee maker is drip, not Keurig; a little coffee and sugar were provided (likely by prior guests, based on past reviews (and you're welcome for whoever stays after us :) )). A few more hangers in the closet (there were only 4) and a luggage rack on which to place a suitcase would be nice additions. All of these things were mentioned in prior reviews, as yet unaddressed by the owner.The location was great - very close walk to downtown restaurants and tasting rooms, 30 minute or less drive to nearby Dundee, Newberg, Carlton, etc. Be aware that many downtown tasting rooms are only open Thurs - Sun, and/or require advance appointments, so plan ahead.The apartment is on a main road, which is noted in the description, but we were still surprised at how loud it was (and how late and how early it was loud).Overall, though, it was a comfortable and convenient home base.

Beautiful property in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and tasting rooms on 3rd street. Good home base to visit wineries. Only negative was there were only 4 hangers in the closet and no contact info to ask anyone for more.

Property was nice, street it is located on is busy and loud. Good location, walking distance to many restaurants. 10 a.m. check-out time is too early.

Lovely studio apt with large, modern bathroom. Comfortable bed and furniture. Great location for walking to many restaurants and easy driving to wineries. Roku streaming service is very limited, wanted to log into our own YouTube TV service but that required a pass code. Left phone message for local property manager who never responded over the 3 nights we stayed. On the second day called the customer service number, were reassured they would reach out to the owner and get back to us promptly... never heard back. Lack of response was disappointing and makes one wonder what would happen if there was a more immediate maintenance issue.

Clean well located but that’s about it. Very annoying

This is the perfect place to experience McMinnville wine country, we didn’t even use our rental car once we arrived you can walk to every amazing thing! The room was spotless and the bed was so cozy! Wish it had been cooler outside so we could use the beautiful fireplace!

The property was very spacious and located in a convenient part of McMinnville. However, there was too much inefficiently used space and a glaringly missing amenity: coffee for the coffee maker. I even called the company to find out where the coffee was, and was told that coffee was not provided. Huh?
