    Overall the rental was good and met our needs location wise. The house was clean and beds comfortable but the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because it had a very strong musty smell that both my wife and I found difficult to get used to.The kitchen was stocked very well and appliances were all new. The only table to eat at (a counter hight one) was unusable because the chairs are too tall for the table and you can’t get your legs under the table. So we had to eat meals using the coffee table which wasn’t comfortable. With a few tweaks this would be an excellent rental but the smell and not having an eating area need to be remedied.

    Very clean cottage. It had everything we needed for our stay. Location is great and it is a quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores are within walking distance. The check-in process was very easy. The Management responded very quickly to my questions. We were able to rent some electric bikes and tour the city at our own pace. The return bike station was 2 blocks away! We definitely will be back!

    This was a very cute property. Nicely decorated. The location was perfect for us as we were there to see our grandson at the Citadel. We were able to walk over for all the events for Recognition Day. The home is small, but plenty of room for us. We also walked to Marion Square in Charleston downtown area. It is about 1 1/2 miles, but we are walkers and it was easy. We had no issues with this property. Everything worked.

    It was wonderful. My only 2 suggestions are (1)dish drying towels and(2) it was day 4 before I realized there was a cvs and a food source less than 4 blocks away. I know you cannot endorse a specific business ( although the closeness to a wonderful authentic bbq might prompt you to talk to them about a coupon or something) but I traveled to a distant grocery for the few things I needed. I would stay here again if it was available. Does duvet have other properties in Charleston??

    Very clean small apartment feeling place to stay. Quiet location, easy to get where we needed. A few things in walking distance and easy uber to downtown. Mirror in bathroom is a little high but there is a full length mirror in hall to use. We ran low on TP and it was easy to text management and there was some waiting for us when we got home. Appliances worked well. Extra blankets. Beds were comfortable. Easy access to TV and streaming. No USB charging outlets so bring your wall part

    We dropped our son at uni near Charlotte and travelled on with our other 20 year son around North and South Carolina. We spent 4 nights at this property. We loved our stay here. Ice loved Charleston. Initially we were not sure about the area but actually it really grew on us and it seems like quite an up and coming spot. Lovely new coffee shop (Sight See) on the corner which has a really nice Vibe and a few restaurants (Leon's and an Italian) within a 5/10 min walk, The property is very cosy, well equipped. The only negatives are the outside space is very limited to a small, dark porch and we thought/imagined The Wanderer Club would be close by. It is not at all and is situated between two noisy highways; for over 21s so our son could not get in and expensive at £0 dollars pp per day. We prob misread the small print but this amenity is NOT included and it is NOT nearby.
