Stayed Mar 13, 2024The apartment was just as advertised. It was clean and stocked with all of the essentials. The beach chairs were a nice bonus. I was well aware that this apartment was located over a bar so I anticipated some noise at night. What I was not prepared for was the live entertainment at the bar which went long into the night and kept the apartment vibrating. Other than the band, the nice level was manageable. I appreciated the parking however it is a bit of a walk from the apartment.

Stayed Feb 5, 2026This was a 2 bedroom apartment, it all felt NEW, great decor, and great location. Just before arriving we had some inventory questions and got quick answers & quick results. On the fly the morning to check out we requested another day and got it for a great price. This was our 5th consecutive trip to Folly, 1st with these guys & we'll certainly look to be back in the same spot.

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Perfect for a short weekend get away. Within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and the beach! Clean and comfortable with restaurant and bar downstairs which was wonderful! No noise from the bar in the apartment. I would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 17, 2024Great location in the heart of Folly Beach, above a very cool little bar/restaurant. The apartment was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the porch is a great bonus. Unfortunately the wifi/internet access did not work at all for our entire four day stay. The property manager was responsive, but not really any help as it was apparently a Comcast issue. We were able to pay to access the Xfinity Wifi which is also Comcast, so not clear why that worked but ours did not. Getting work done became a real challenge. Otherwise, great accommodation.
