    Amazing location with so much to do and see within walking distance. The private parking space was very convenient. Once we were settled we never needed our car so it was good to be able to keep it in a safe, locked garage. The view of the castle from the bedroom and kitchen was fantastic- especially at night with the lights. We did not do any cooking at the apartment but it seemed well stocked. Appreciated the kettle for tea in the morning.There are many restaurants and pubs all within walking distance that offer a wide variety of options. We would definitely stay here again.

    Great little apartment (although we were nervous at first as it was a little difficult to find). Its best feature is location with easy access to Grassmarket, plenty of restaurants within minutes. Sansbury local grocery store also within a three minute walk. Apt itself is clean and looks to be recently remodeled. Great little kitchen. Apt also has small washer/dryer for clothes. Having safe secure parking was great although be ready to make plenty of tight little 3 (6) point turns to park and exit. We were driving an MG compact SUV. Would definitely rent here again.
