My friends and I had a great time staying here, we liked the pretty nice view just towards the end of the alley, self check in was great as we were on a time schedule all day. Everything in the apartment is new and clean. Lots of cleaning supplies to use as well! There was just enough space for us and I would definitely book again!

Interior condition was great and super clean. Everything you need is there. This is a noisy neighborhood plus the upstairs bedrooms are hot if windows are closed. Customer sleeping by neighboring liquor store is offputting. Couch was broken, really broken, in 2 places. Check street view before renting. A summertime stay would be a hard go of it.

Pros: Host was great with directions for the place and parking. This location is ideal for travel downtown and is close to many of the must try restaurants. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. Not a lot of noise from the road or other people in the area (it was bitter winter when we stayed so could be very different in the summer)Cons: It was not as clean as expected(dirty dishes, towels/washcloths with hair on them, beds looked messy, shelves, crumbs in the fridge, and other areas dirty, mirror in the bathroom was filthy)I don't want to have to go somewhere on vacation and have to re-wash laundry and dishes as soon as I arrive.Even though it had listed there would be 3 people we were left with 2 washcloths. The fridge was one of the dirtiest. There was something spilled and stinky in the fridge to the point that before I put any of our items in I took the tray out and washed it.There was a basement that was unfinished that was not stated on the site. There were wads of hair on a few items. There were not many items to cook with or use. We had a total of 5 forks and plates. The utensils for cooking that were left were warn and unsafe - melted plastic.Could definitely use an upgrade on the washer and dryer. It was very cold upstairs where the bedrooms are located.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very affordable, and loved the seclusion. Liquor store and dispensary right on the corner were fun and convenient. Only constructive criticismI have is…. Better pillows. Thank you for allowing us into your home!

The renovations are nice. Has everything you need to cook and live for a couple days. The neighbors are a bit noisy, but it’s the city, can’t expect a country quiet stay.Overall we enjoyed our 3-night stay. It’s located a 2-minute walk from one of our favorite restaurants. Greydons Crossing.

We enjoyed the duplex for the night. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. Easy to find. Easy entry. Great directions and entry explanation. We came to Grand Rapids for a concert. The listing claimed to be a 3 minute drive to our destination. It took us 45 minutes to walk. Quite a bit more than 3 minute drive. Over all we were happy with our stay.

Its in the ghetto in an alley. NOT a good area, NOT walking distance like 15 minute drive to Van Andel arena. We wouldn't even get out of the car crackheads an dudes drinking in a group on the corner. But the owner did give a full refund

The inside of the home is great and just like the photos and description. The neighbors are kind of sketchy, not always quiet and sometimes around our vehicle and in front of this home.
