Gimber Lofts 3 is a modern apartment designed with attention to both aesthetics and functionality. The living area features an open-plan kitchen with island, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine, set within a bright and well-organized space.

The sleeping area includes two double bedrooms, ideal for those seeking greater comfort and independence. One bedroom features an en suite bathroom, while a second full bathroom with bathtub is also available. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning both in the living room and in one bedroom, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

The private panoramic terrace is one of the defining features of the apartment: a fully equipped outdoor space with kitchen, perfect for breakfasts, aperitifs, and relaxing moments outdoors. Ideal for extending the living experience outside, it offers an open view over the city and a private atmosphere. The building is equipped with a lift, ensuring easy and convenient access.

Gimber Lofts 3 is located in Olbia, in a strategic position between the city center and the main destinations of the north-eastern Sardinian coast. Shops, supermarkets, and essential services are easily reachable, as well as Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

The most popular beaches in the area, including Pittulongu, Porto Istana, and Porto Taverna, are approximately 10 km away and offer white sand and crystal-clear waters. An ideal base for exploring the Costa Smeralda and northern Sardinia.
