Stayed May 18, 2025Stayed for 3 months in the summer. Very convenient commute to dogpatch. Very clean room. Brought an electric induction stove and was able to cook. Responsive host.

Stayed Sep 5, 2022I loved staying here, it was private and quiet. Nicole didn’t bother you and when something needed to be done she did it immediately. I was there for 3 months working as a travel nurse, I bought a hot plate and an air fryer to cook , I was able to use the washer/dryer anytime I needed and free of charge. I received my packages and mail as well. The Muni train is directly down the street but I had my car. There isn’t much parking so you will have to double park or if you are lucky you can find a spot right by the house. I would highly recommend this to someone who likes privacy (I do). The price is very reasonable compared to anything in San Francisco. If I had to come back to the area I would choose to stay here again.

Stayed Aug 1, 2022Parking can be difficult, but otherwise a very solid stay short term! Clean. As described. Oh, and it is SUPER nice to have access to a washer/dryer! Sometimes you can hear a piano playing, I found it pleasant :)

Stayed Dec 28, 2017I had a fantastic long term stay! Nicole was very helpful and kind. I definitely reccomend this cozy studio with a beautiful, bright patio space.
