Franklin Cottage: Walk to coffee shop Pets allowed

Good location and comfortable lodging.

We loved the location. Just off the main square and 35 minutes from Nashville.

This was a great spot. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Beds were super comfy too!

We really enjoyed our stay. Gretchen was wonderful to work with and very quick to respond to questions! The house is so cute and comfortable. It was very clean and well supplied. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and you can walk to several coffee shops which was nice. It’s also close to downtown Franklin. We brought our dogs and it worked out perfectly. There’s no fence around the yard but that wasn’t really an issue for us. We would absolutely stay again!! Great house!! Great host!! Highly recommend!

I came to Franklin and stayed in the most charming cottage in a very desirable neighborhood that was only minutes from downtown Franklin! Would stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!!!

This will be the 2nd time my best friend and I met up at this house for a long weekend visit. The house is perfectly located, clean, has very comfortable beds, and a cozy feel. We are already planning our next stay

Great place for us to stay. Convenient location and had most the things we needed. We had 4 woman traveling so we rotated in and out of the shower, it would have been nice to have more mirrors in places to do hair and make up

This was a perfect little place for a quick getaway. The house was close to Franklin. Very clean and cofortable.

We stayed a week in Franklin and enjoyed our time at the Cottage. The place is clean and had some good amenities. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. Neighbors were relatively friendly. The host was responsive and helped if there were questions. The Cottage is only about 8 minutes from downtown Franklin, 12 during ‘rush hour’. I worked each day from the Cottage that week and we had no issues with the WiFi and enjoyed all the windows and natural light. We have 2 dogs that came with us and the place was pet friendly, though I will say our dogs are doodles so it may not be as accommodating if your dogs shed. Nice place. Would definitely stay there again if we go back to Franklin.

Safe & quiet residential neighborhood. This is a duplex. Clean & spacious. Eclectic furnishings. 40 min drive to downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed our stay at the Franklin Cottage but I had a hard time giving it all 5 stars. Pros: * location was in a quite neighborhood, easy to get to with a couple of coffee shops and deli within walking distance. * Gretchen was responsive to inquiries * appreciated having coffee supplies on hand Cons: * my biggest complaint was the bed in one of the bedrooms seemed like the mattress was from the 70s. It was creaky and hard. No headboard, just a mattress on a box spring/frame. I ended up sleeping on the twin in the sun room. Still squeaky, but a little more comfortable. This is definitely not a luxurious property but certainly fine. Seemed to have the amenities one would need.
