The main bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV and fitted wardrobes. The spare bedroom has 2 single beds that can also be put together to make a super king bed, TV and fitted wardrobes.
Both bathrooms have a bath with a shower over it. A hot tub and bidet in the en-suite bathroom.
The living room with comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, dining table with seating for 4, Free Wifi, Smart TV. Large patio doors leading to the terrace with a round table, 6 chairs, parasol, and 2 sun loungers - for exclusive use of the guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, oven, hob, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher.
The utility room houses a washing machine and a boiler. There is an iron and ironing facilities available. Also available two sun chairs and beach towels that can be taken out by the guests to the beach.
Allocated underground parking space for one car. Additional off road parking is available if required.

Coto Real is an ideal vacation spot for families and couples.
It is slightly in land but a beautiful complex and not so busy in the summer months, within a walking distance to Sabinillas Beach and Marina de La Duquesa.
The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful neighbourhood. From the large open terrace Guests can enjoy a perfect view onto the Mediterranean Sea, golf courses and beautiful Mediterranean landscape.
The town of Manilva is located between Marbella and Gibraltar.
Puerto de la Duquesa is a beautiful harbour with numerous cafes and restaurants, a beach with a promenade where various attractions are offered.
Andalusia - the land of hot sun, equally temperamental flamenco dance and corrida, is the perfect place for sunny holidays. Here the sun is shining almost all year round, and the beaches of the Costa del Sol do not ravage even in the late evenings.
Here, more or less halfway between Gibraltar and Marbella, we find a place that has the same advantages as other coastal resorts, but is not visited by tourists as often as other beaches.
Playa de Sabinillas is located on the coast of the town of San Louis de Sabinillas, next to the town of Manilva. Many tourists who had the opportunity to visit this place recommend Playa de Sabinillas as a place of family trips.
The surrounding massifs and hills, which can be seen in the distance even from the beach, co-create the unique landscape of this place, which additionally attracts those seeking peace and tranquillity of tourists. There are also many farmland in the area, where olives, oranges and tomatoes traditional for the Andalusian region are grown. Thanks to the location of the beaches away from major urban centres, this area retains its quiet and peaceful character.
A 15 min walk or a 2 minute drive to Puerto de la Duquesa which is a pretty cosmopolitan marina that stands between 2 blue flag beaches. The marina itself has numerous bars and restaurants with a wide choice of international cuisine. La Duquesa has a very Spanish feel and where you can sample tapas in one of it's many Spanish restaurants or bars along the promenade or simply soak up the sun on the golden sandy beaches that run as far as the eye can see.
For the golfers among you, you will find several award winning golf courses within easy driving distance of the complex, Duquesa Golf being the nearest which is just 2 minutes away by car.
A 2 minute drive or a 10 min walk into the neighbouring town of Sabinillas which has supermarkets , markets and many Spanish tapas bars. Beautiful walking and cycling paths in the area,
A car is recommended - places like Casares, Estepona, Sotogrande are only 10 minute drive away, Gibraltar, Puerto Banus and Marbella - all can be reached within 30 minutes by car!!
A picturesque mountaintop city of Ronda, set over a deep gorge is only 1hour 15 minute drive away.
Good bus service from Gibraltar to Marbella.
Only 1 hour drive to Malaga Airport and 30 minute drive to Gibraltar Airport.

    Best apartment i have stayed in, 1st class furniture, excellent kitchen and lots of space.the only negative comments are the TV had very few english channels, mostly russian and polish, luckily i brought my firestick, the apartment would benefit from a list of instructions, for the the TV, dishwasher and washing machine but I am being picky, i would recomend this apartment to one and all, and it would be useful to have a safe.

    This apt is fantastic and is one of the best I've stayed in down on this part of the Costa. The host is excellent and very honest with regards to all the facilities. The pool area and general surroundings are great for some quality time with family. Apt has a great TV system and all channels which is great for some entertainment in the evening. The port and other towns such as Sabalinis are minutes away via car and some local shops etc can be walked to if required. Overall we had a great stay here and would definitely recommend this apt for any type of stay in this area. ?

    A wonderful apartment, in a stunning location. This is our second time in Cota Real. Manilva is a gorgeous part of Spain, with a beautiful marina in Dequesa, just a 5 minute drive. Would highly recommend staying in this large, clean and very stylish apartment. We'll definitely be returning soon.

    Having previously stayed on Coto Real, we knew what to expect and this appartment certainly didn't let us down. Well furnished and maintained with both the propieter and the home maitenance team contactable if needed. Coto Real is approx 20 minute (down hill stroll) from the beautiful marina at Duqesa where there are plenty of restaurants and bars or 25 minutes from San Sabillinas again with a choice of eateries. Should you wish to drive to either, parking is plentyful and cheap, approx e1 per hour, or taxis are always available, strolling back up the hill is an option but it's steep and very hot. Gibraltar is only an hour away and a great day out as is Estepona,Sotogrande and Ronda so if you get bored of lazing around the pool there are great options. Even though we chose August there were days when for an hour or so we were the only residents in the pool area which was heavenly but it did get busier towards the end of the day. It is only an assumption that many Spaniards either holiday or own in this complex and as family is everything it can become noisey with children in the pool but certainly not unbearable. Overall i believe this complex to be a place to relax and unwind and would have no hesitation in returning for a fourth visit.
