First Floor Bayfront Condo - Steps to the Water - Ocean View

The property was very clean. Nice view of the bay in quiet neighborhood. Owner was very accommodating. We would stay here again

The owners were prompt with communicatng to check in and out, the facility had the basic necessities and the property and pool were fantastic for our family.

The communication was super!!! Very accommodating. I felt bad deciding to always call or text a question. Condo was equipped with towels, beach chairs, crab net. That was nice. We found an ant problem in the kitchen. They had traps out for them. The back bedroom has one of the entry doors to the condo. Not a big deal, but kind of odd I thought. Also there was a fire stack beeping noise that would beep constantly every 3 seconds. Kind of annoying and hard to sleep. One other point… this condo says it sleeps 8. With the pullout couch it actually would accommodate 10. However there are 2 bathrooms, 1 shared, and 1 master. There is also no kitchen table other than a kitchen counter/bar area with 4 stools. So I would recommend smaller groups for this condo. The area was beautiful though. The bayside was nice and my son and friend were able to fish/crab a little.

It’s a yearly tradition we have been doing for a very long time. We are growing in numbers so it was nice to find another condo to rent to take on our group. The condo is well kept and was cleaned when we arrived. I would say the master bedroom isn’t a king it’s a queen size bed. It was nice that sheets were provided otherwise that could have made things interesting but we would have made due. Towels are provided but not wash cloths, hand towels or kitchen towels so we made a quick run to the store. The kitchen had some cooking items but we also donated a spatula set as there wasn’t one to just make eggs. We made a list so we know what to bring for next year no biggie just always good to know ahead of time. The outdoor seating needed to be updated but we managed. Again beautiful view of the river just needed better seating. But overall it was just what we needed for a place at the beach. Already booked for next year and looking forward to it. It’s a wonderful place and just what you need to lay your head down at night after a fun day at the beach or pool.

Great spot!

The condo is located on one of the nicest pieces of land in the Indian River bay area. A fairly private setting with great bay views and an expansive plot of land with a large swimming pool. The condo itself was well maintained and clean. The floor plan is a bit odd as you enter into one of the bedrooms, and the living room is somewhat small given the 3 bedrooms. Nonetheless, it would be a comfortable fit for a family of 5 or so. One oddity was the lack of a television in the living room, probably because of the lack of space. All in all, a nice place that we would visit again.

Love this place, love the community, laid back and peaceful. Well, peaceful until the fire stack pressure signal beeping started on the second day of a week 6 day stay. The fire stack is located outside the wall of the front bedroom, the beep could be heard every 3 seconds 24 hours a day. I would not say it is the owners fault, but they will have to do something to get that alarm or signal to stop beeping. Once you hear it, you cannot un-hear it. No one could sleep in the room on the third night. The condo seemed to be missing a few things that were there in the past years, seems like guests who stayed before our stay may have removed utensils, some patio furniture, and other small things that have been there in the past and we had relied on being there.

We loved our stay, place was clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location, it was private, quiet and peaceful. We would definitely come back.

Great property, very tranquil with view of water and terrific pool. Minutes from the ocean and main street. Hosts were accommodating and responsive. Definitely will be visiting again!
