This one bedroom apartment can accommodate a total of three persons as there is a sofa/Futon in the living area. A desk and chair is provided for working purposes
There is direct access from this apartment to a private rooftop Terrace where you can enjoy morning breakfast, lunch or an evening dinner watching the amazing sunset and sea views.
Steps away you will enjoy the fabulous large infinity edge pool overlooking the ocean. From this area there is direct access to a sandy beach. There is also a TIKI/RANCHO next to the pool with a great outdoor kitchen including an ALFRESCO top of the line stainless steel gas barbeque grill, gas cooktop, Refrigerator, and stainless steel sink. Enjoy Breakfast, lunch or evening meals sipping a cocktail and grilling your fresh fish or steaks.
For those who prefer NOT to cook, Dolores our housekeeper will be happy to cook for you for $20 dollars per day.
She will also clean the apartment an hour three days a week. The apartment cleaning service is included in your rental rate.

Should you have to cancel, prior to your scheduled stay, due to circumstances beyond your control, at any time you will get full credit and be able to re-schedule (within 12 months from your original reservation date) to an other date subject to availability.
Masachapa is a fishing town where local fishermen fish daily.
