You have direct private access to the beach from the villa. The pool is large with infinity edge and next to a fabulous tiki/rancho with lovely seating, unique outdoor kitchen with 42 alfresco grill, gas burners, refrigerator with drawers and sink. Enjoy a swim with a drink next to the pool. The property offers a full breakfast - choice of continental or local Nicaraguan - breakfast is optional and not included in the price. Dolores the cook/housekeeper can cook any meals for you at a nominal extra cost of $20 a day if you wish. brbrThis is an OPTIONAL service.
