    A perfect place to explore the city. Beautiful flat with all the amenities. Check-in and key location were perfect. Flat haa the best appliances and the info on each was easy to locate. Still not used to the combined washer/dryer that took 3 hours per load. The fridge and freezer are split but plenty. Bed was double, not queen or King as in US. Bus, tram both close.

    The location is great and apartment is beautiful. We especially enjoyed the bistro “Square” on the corner. Near the train station, bus station and trolly. Two suggestions for improvements. Check in and check out at the train station is a real pain and taking the garbage down the street before check out is unnecessary. Didn’t we pay a cleaning fee?

    We leased this flat for 3 nights. It was exactly as described/shown. It was very clean and comfortable. The location was fantastic! Walking distance to everything. Would highly recommend this rental

    The place was large, clean and comfortable. Only sore spots were the process of getting the key was sort of a pain, and that the boiler for the radiators was turned off and took a while to figure out how to get the place heated. Also, no shelf in the shower, so all your stuff sits on the ground. Close to basically everything, incl the train station.

    Beautiful property, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. I had been traveling and had two rather large pieces of luggage. Not being able to pick up the key and return it when checking out somewhere on the property was frustrating. I wondered what one does if they arrive late at night and are tired from traveling and have to go to the train station to pick up the key? Other than that, had a lovely stay.

    This property definitely impressed us with it's furnishings, layout and location. We could not have asked for a better location for proximity to places we wanted to see in Edinburgh. Very close to shopping areas and local take-away places too. Check-in was super easy since we arrived by rail, but be advised key drop off at check-out is back at the rail station too! Otherwise we would happily book this property again on our next trip to Edinburgh without hesitation.
