Stayed Jun 6, 2025We rented this apartment for the month of June while we explored northern Italy. We visited family in the mountains above Lido di Camaiore. Then Milan, Lucca, Pisa and Florence. The apartment was a nice base camp. Glad it had air conditioning as it was pretty hot the whole month. Comfortable beds too. Close to the beach and boardwalk was a good selling point as well. I did ask in advance if it had parking and the response was yes. Well it does have parking but it is public parking. While the concerts across the street in the park were going on the last two weekends in June you are not allowed to park in these parking lots. So you have to park a couple of blocks away from the apartment. It didn't bother us because we just planned out of town trips on those weekends. The only other thing I need to comment on is the cafe/bar that is downstairs is the same complex. It can be a bit loud. On Friday and Saturday nights for sure. Last but not least I need to give 5 stars to the hostess Claudia. She was absolutely wonderful. If we had questions, she had the answers. Thank you Claudia. We would most definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Italy. Maybethe kitchen utensils.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time at Sidrak's place. We were 2 couples with small children. The place is wonderful, the house is big enough to accommodate all of us. Inside the house we had all we needed, from the staffed kitchen to the nice rooms inside the house. We will sure come back
