SleepingArea The apartment offers one double bedroom, or, upon request, two single beds. The bedrooms are located on the first floor and are easily accessible via an elegant square quartz spiral staircase with steel railings. The bedroom also includes a full bathroom with a bidet and shower. From the bedroom, you can enjoy sea views, sailboats, breathtaking sunrises, and even a glimpse of Ortigia Island. Living Area Kitchen The living area is very large and inviting, thoughtfully decorated with light colors, and includes a sofa bed, an equipped wall unit, a round dining table, and a 32 inch TV with an Ethernet connection. The apartment boasts a well equipped kitchen with an oven, American coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, toaster, gas hob, and various utensils. The living area also has a laundry corner with just a toilet and utility sink, cleaning accessories, an iron and ironing board, and a washing machine. Conditions * No pets allowed. * The house is not suitable for guests with mobility issues due to the spiral staircase. * It is forbidden to exceed the number of guests allowed and agreed upon in the contract. * Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price. * The house must be left tidy, clean, without trash, and with clean dishes.
