This 4-unit building has been tastefully renovated into comfortable spaces that are ON the Seneca Lake wine trail. The generous living room with plenty of cozy seating is flanked by the Kithcen/dining area. A short hall separates the bedrooms from the common areas. The full bathroom is sandwiches in between the two bedrooms and contains a custom-tiled shower and large vanity. There is also a private half-bath en-suite contained within the rear Queen bedroom for extra privacy between guests. The newer HVAC system makes heating or air conditioning quick and easy. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and opens up directly on to a stamped concrete patio with propane grill and outdoor dining set. A few steps further is the tiered back yard.
