    This flat was in a convenient and ideal place to tour old town, Edinburgh. No car would be needed for this flat. The flat had everything you needed for a short or long stay!

    I was visiting Scotland for the first time, and I’ve always heard people talk about Edinburgh so I decided to check it out with my brother. We chose to stay at this property due to previous ratings about cleanliness and host responsiveness, and we were not at all disappointed. I wasn’t sure what the “Grassmarket” area was and looked it up online before our visit. I wondered if perhaps the property would be too noisy, but it was the complete opposite. It is nestled right in the heart of action and ongoings, yet was incredibly peaceful, quiet and comfortable. This property is located within walking distance to numerous shops, eateries and sites (like Edinburgh Castle, churches/cathedrals, unique pubs, etc.) The train station was a ten minute walk. The property itself had all the amenities we needed and was very cozy. It was incredibly clean and the description was 100% accurate. The property host/owner was highly responsive… even when I had questions only a tourist would ask :-) I would absolutely stay at this property again, and sincerely appreciate how clean and comfortable it was, along with the friendliness of the host.     LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Grassmarket is an amazing place. You are literally right across the street from wonderful restaurants and shops. It’s a fantastic city and many places are very walkable from this apartment. Check in was easy (once I found the place to get key…but that’s a “me” problem). Kitchen is fully equipped. Has a refrigerator and a freezer. Bedrooms are comfortable. Bathroom is TINY. You just have to get used to it. WiFi worked well. There is a washer in the apartment that I used. Along with drying racks. James, the property manager was great with his communication. Quick with responses. We would 100% stay at this property again. Loved it!

    We chose this location for its proximity to the University and all the sites of the city - perfect location and the perfect place for us to land for five days. It allowed us to be together and to have space to relax. Loved it here - what a find!
